About this apartment rental

This spacious upper-floor, 3-bedroom condo hotel suite offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balconies. While preparing your morning coffee on the spacious kitchen island, you can see dolphins playing in the surf. Enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset over the open water of the Gulf of Mexico. Each suite can accommodate 10 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a King bed in each bedroom and the third with 2 Queen beds, each of them with their bathroom, feature in total 3 1/2 bathrooms, also a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room.

Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world-renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax charged at check-in. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a washer and dryer and an in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience.

This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family-friendly activities, dining, and taking in the incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft.

Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply.

Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee

Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.

We were there less than 24 hours, so didn't get to take advantage of ask the amenities. The property was lovely and generally well- maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our unit had full beach and gulf views with a large balcony. My only suggestion would be to put more comfortable seating with adjustable heights on the balcony. We had hoped to sit out and enjoy a sunset, but the furniture provided was not comfortable and the height (for me) put only the handrail straight in my line of sight. This is a minor thing and doesnt detract from this property. I think it would be a lovely place to spend a vacation.

Absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious condo! So much room! There were 9 of us and you could still lose eachother in this place. Huge kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Washer and dryer with supplies provided. Breathtaking gulf views. Customer service was incredible. Every single perosn we dealt with was kind, helpful and always smiling. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas and even beach towels. Made our trip so much less steessful.

Large condo with excellent views of the ocean. Great for a group of friends or family. Beach is less maybe a minute walk through a parking lot behind the hotel. Can walk or take a quick 5min Uber to many shops and restaurants down the street. Place was very clean and came.stoxked with plenty of dishes as well as dish soap and paper towels, etc. Would recommend!

Our deluxe suite was spectacular. Fantastic view and BIG! Access to the beach was easy. There were a couple of areas for improvement: poor air conditioning in the elevators and hallways; general lack of amenities onsite (no restaurant, snacks, beach chair setup, etc.). The roof top bar could have more selections available. We would stay again.

These spacious suites are perfectly located, clean and well equipped. The convenience to the beach was perfect for our family for example some early morning strolls while others preferred a more leisurely start to their day. The washer and dryer were essential after each day at the beach and were well used by our family of eight. So nice to see friendly faces of the ladies at the desk each morning. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.

The location can’t get any better. I am a Clearwater local and this exact spot is where you want to be. The furthest thing I visited was Shepherds on South beach and it was a 15min fun brisk walk, or you can take the Jolly Trolly. But there are so many stores, bars, and restaurants within 10 minutes. The beach is top tier, a 1 minute walk. And the staff were amazing.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The cleanliness of the suites, the hospitality of the staff, the views of the water, the facilities - all was absolutely perfect. The staff was so kind and accommodative. I came for my sisters bachelorette party, and they were kind enough to give us a complimentary bottle of champagne. The suite was impeccable and so beautiful. This is a must stay if you are in the area.

We loved our stay at the Avalon. The building is pretty new so everything feels clean. We had a big party and we found the rooms huge and we had plenty of space which was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Getting beach chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach was very easy and we were happy those costs were included in the rental fee. We highly recommend staying at the Avalon.

This was our first experience at this condo. It was terrific !! We were right on the beach with a beautiful view. The condo was upscale, well furnished, clean, quiet and very roomy with three bedrooms, kitchen, and nice family areas. There were also several decks. Restaurants, etc were easily walked too as well as the Pier. Would gladly return and highly recommend.
