Very clean . Room facilities well thought out . Good location. Good communication from the owner prior to arrival
The loo seat didn’t open up properly.Hook fell off the bathroom door . Grab rail next to toilet was wobbly .All these things minor and just wanted to alert owner as may not be aware

Location was perfect for us. Room was very nice and clean, with plenty of parking outside. Dog friendly which was key for us. Would recommend and stay again.
Personal preference - the smell of the bathroom.
Would prefer a private garden for pets (not a open communal garden). This would stop any dogs going in other peoples rooms with their door open.

location was good. Property was spacious. Issue with door code and back door quickly sorted out by host.
Key code was wrong. Back door didn't open.

Lovely looking apartments with good off road parking. Nicely decorated throughout with a decent sized bathroom. Plenty of coffee etc with a handy fridge too. Very nice and quiet location close to southwold (5 min walk). Took my dog too(at no extra cost) and thoroughly enjoyed all the walks nearby. Had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Very welcoming brilliant communication the room was immaculately clean with free parking the ideal spot for a visit to Southwold i would definitely recommended to anyone
The only thing I didn't like had nothing to do with the property it was that Southwold is mostly cashless.

It was self-contained so we could come and go as we pleased.
It felt like being in a care home in the bathroom and the taps were very stiff, but it was functional and very clean.

Cleanliness of bathroom wasn’t very good. Lots of hair in the shower and also bins not emptied beforehand.
7.0 / 10.0
excellent communications
refrigerator was on and cool
very quiet and convenient location
shower worked well
room was very clean and well aired
cctv camera next to patio area, it was very obtrusive and made us uncomfortable to use table and chairs
one of the wine glasses hadn't been cleaned and had sticky wine residue
towels were very small and thin
expected there to be at least a bar of soap in the bathroom

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We got what we paid for. Good car parking and host on hand if needed.

Good location for the particular wedding venue we attended
Room was clean and well finished …….. it just felt a bit basic, but I realise that’s the market it serves
6.0 / 10.0
Quiet location, good off road parking facilities.
Large room newly decorated. Comfortable bed.
Owners lived on site but were extremely ‘ hands off’ which felt very inhospitable. Room and bathroom felt ex-institutional which I guess it is - converted from a care home type facility. Unfortunately room had a lingering odour to match probably due to the carpet which was aged as we’re the bathroom facilities. Not a cheap place to stay, I would rather pay more to be welcomed and have some interaction with owners that made you feel welcome. Felt like owners only in it for the money.
Room felt austere and rear garden which was quite spacious was open and did not feel private so was not used.
