It had everything we needed, easy 5 min away from downtown kings beach and quiet neighborhood to relax in. Enjoyed pickleball courts and pool in evening too.

Everything is nice. The only problem is the key pad which didn’t work. I called the customer service of Vacasa and got the code of Master Lock where I found the house key.

Great house for our families winter trip! Amazing location, close to Safeway and the beach, and well furnished inside. We have a great time here to celebrate the new year eve in the cozy house while it has heavy snow outside.

This location is a very comfortable and quiet not far from Kings Beach, Northstar or Truckee. The perfect place for recreation and relaxation.

Wasn’t really quite pleased with the area. Upon checking in, the code I was given to unlock the door didn’t work alongside with the Wi-Fi wasn’t even working at all. Luckily a representative was able to give me the code to the lockbox that has the key to unlock the deadbolt, but also the deadbolt seems like it’s on its last lock because it’s pretty loose to where it’s about ready to break off anytime soon.
Although there’s no AC in the unit it does get cool at night if you leave all the windows open but it also gets very hot all day since it’s summer. Other then that I wasn’t too pleased with the place.

We loved this condo- it was like staying at Grandma’s! The only reason I rated it with three stars is because all the dishes in the cupboards were dirty, we couldn’t find clean towels, pillow cases were missing, the kitchen is missing basic cooking tools. The management was poor, cleaning crew poor, but with better cleaning and a few new kitchen items this place would be much improved!

We enjoyed our stay here -- good location and the kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again.

Nice place, but…
We really like the location, the space and amenities that this condo provides. It has new carpet and seemed very clean when we walked in. The big problem was in the kitchen. We encountered dirty dishes and pans in the cupboard that either had been poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all. There were also a bunch of light bulbs out in the main areas. The property manager was very responsive. We just wish it had been taken care of before we had arrived.

Reviewer Comments:
The location was great and easy to find. The house is bigger than I expected which was a great surprise, the kids loved the loft area. The condo is very outdated and a little dusty. The potholders hanging on the wall in the kitchen were dirty, the clock in the living room was on the ground leaning against the wall. We couldn't use the living room TV, it seemed that the cable box was unplugged, but when I plugged it in the box made a very loud humming noise. We also were not able to light a fire because the lighter that was there was empty. Also the bedroom on the second floor had no light because the light bulb went out. We were able to switch out a light bulb from another room that had two lamps.

I don't know how our stay in the TurnKey property could have been any better. This was the first time that we stayed anywhere other than a hotel. I would highly recommend using Vrbo to friends and family!

My wife and I rented this condo in Kingswwd Village near Kings Beach, Lake Tahoe, California for two weeks. It was represented well by the online description .. upon our self check in our only concern was a Clorox spill/ stain that was in the hallway in front of the laundry room. We took pictures as soon as we walked in as we did not want to be blamed for the stain on the red carpet. It was not an issue for our stay. The fool lock worked flawlessly and we changed the lock code per the instructions to a 4 digit code and had absolutely no problems for the two week rental. The fireplace is now a " gas log" fireplace which made it super easy and clean as we enjoyed the fireplace flames and warmth on most nights. The condo was super well equiped as we enjoy cooking and all the pots, pans, dinner and glassware, down to the huge coffee cups and even the corkscrew were flawless. The extra linens, comforters, towels and such our stay very comfortable and efficient. Both bathrooms worked flawlessly with the exception of the tub drain/stopper on the bottom floor did not work but we just used the rubber sink stopper from the kitchen sink worked well as a temporary fix. We felt there was no need to contact the rental agency as the tip worked perfectly with our small fix...Vegas not a problem for us. The location of the condo was very accomodating as just across the road from the pool and exercise room. A very very quiet and peaceful location and always felt safe there. I would recommend this unit to anyone ...

Just a few things…
Overall, this property was as advertised. It is a great location and close to all the things in Kings Beach and a short drive to Incline Village! Nice beds, good amenities like the pool, full size washer/dryer in unit. Decent price point for its size. However, it had a few annoyances…. It needs a good deep clean and some minor maintenance done—broken tiles, burned out lightbulbs, filthy windows and filthy under/behind furniture, lots of dust in fake plants. Noticed these things as we had to open windows to cool the condo and to find outlets to use. Also, the internet/cable was unreliable—no response from internet provider when turned in as problem to property manager. We also got woke up multiple times at night by the irrigation system—very loud as it is right outside bedroom windows (open as it was summer) and happened around midnight, 5 AM, and 6AM. In summary, I would consider renting in this complex again…but probably not this specific place unless some repairs/cleaning is done.

Lake Tahoe property
The house is good but we didn’t get any internet the whole time we were there tried to contact property manager they said someone would stop by to fix it didn’t happen so internet at all was frustrating the rest was good

Some surprises, but a nice place
The cons-the ice maker started leaking shortly after our arrival, and it took several days and multiple phone calls to the property management agency to have an appliance repairman visit. Also there was a full load of laundry left in the dryer (from the previous tenant or the housekeeper) which we discovered upon arrival. The stairs are not compliant to current building codes, so I would caution whether this place is ideal for very young children. There is a large table near the kitchen, but not nearly enough space for a family to eat there (thus the benches are stored under the table.) pros-the location near kings beach is great, north Tahoe is very family friendly, the pool was lovely, the patio has a nice view of the trees, and the unit was truly spotless when we arrived. We enjoyed our time there but were a bit surprised by a few things.

We stayed here for three days. We were close to grocery stores, our fishing charter and activities. The property was nice and the condo was perfect. A lost earbud revealed a lot of crumbs in the couch but not too surprising. Had to do an extra load of towels and sheets as there was a load in the washer and one in the dryer when we arrived. Had everything we needed. We would come back. Turnkey was extremely easy to work with and very quick with any communication needs,

Poor service
Kitchen was nice. Location to downtown qas good. But our stay overall was not comfortable. We arrived to find that we only 2 towels. Called to see if they can be done delivered and was told it was too late and they will b delivered the following day. We were tired and last thing we should have been worried bout is towels and process to get someone over. For the price of the stay do not recommend it. No next time for us here.
