Book your stay to experience and enjoy this desert jewel with lots of room for fun. 4 Bedroom 3 bathroom, with "2 master suits", comfortably sleeps 10 people, however 2 additional guests may sleep on couches in the living room. Royal Dunes is a stunning four-bedroom, private saltwater pool, and spa. It offers 2,180 square feet of luxury living and 500 square feet garage that has been transformed into a game room. Enjoy the open floor plan and impress your friends and family with a comfortable area for a cocktail or a movie night.
This modern home opens up to a spacious living room with a family kitchen with an enormous island area that sits six people. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 86-inch smart TV. The beautiful dining area features a dining table with seating for 8. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything from A to Z! Utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, shot glasses, mugs, bakeware, and some spices, condiments and oils are provided. Also, a toaster oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and electric kettle.

The outdoor space is a masterpiece with a huge salt water swimming pool and hot tub, built-in gas BBQ. This stylish and modern home is located in Bermuda Dunes/Indio and is perfect for all your vacation needs. It's where sophistication meets entertainment and fun. Treat yourself to the perfect vacation rental close to the Coachella Valley Music Festival and Polo Grounds and more! Relax and unwind at the pool where you can swim all day, sit-back on the lounge area and play all night. Create lasting memories with your friends and family while swimming in the refreshing saltwater pool and enjoy some sun on the lounge chairs. Take pleasure in some great barbecue on any of the three BBQ selections built into the outdoor grill area. It includes a built-in gas BBQ, flattop BBQ, and Mediterranean BBQ grill. You can have your meals on the outdoor dining table with room for 10 and/or 4 stools at the granite bar peninsula. There is also a nearby table that seats 4, along with an umbrella for shade. POOL HEATING FEE: $100 per day for pool heat. If you want the pool to be heated upon arrival, please let us know the day prior. Long-term guests, please inquire. The pool is a saltwater pool that is 15x30. It is 3 1/2 ft deep in the shallow and 5ft deep in the deepest part.
NOISE DISTURBANCES - city fines for noise after 10 PM start at $1000. Please be respectful of all neighbors. Noise travels easily and we require that our guests be respectful of the full-time residents that live nearby. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. If we receive any complaints, we will contact you once to request that you reduce the level of noise. If the noise continues you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without any refund. If any citations are issued you will be responsible to pay.

We selected this home for our recent trip to Indian Wells to attend the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. The home is located just 9 minutes from Indian Wells Tennis Garden which made it an excellent choice.
The home is beautiful, and extremely well maintained and clean. It is exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable, and the TV's were great for watching more tennis when we weren't in attendance. The water pressure and the hot water were plentiful for 6 back to back showers each day.
Syuzanna is outstanding. She communicated early and she was extremely helpful. There was a technical "glitch" with the front door locking system on the first day that was not her fault. She went above and beyond to make sure that it did not affect us. She was incredibly responsive, and worked with the automated lock company until the issue was resolved. The technical issue was totally with the lock company, but Syuzanna continued to communicate with us even after the issue was resolved to make sure all was ok. Her overall communication skills and availability were very impressive.
Overall, it was a great experience staying in her home.

We recently stayed at this property and everything about the weekend getaway was perfect. The house was stocked with anything you might think you need and more. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The beds were super comfy as well. The game room in the garage was a big hit with our teenagers. We would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this property.

The home was beautiful and welcoming. The manager was so easy to contact and work with. I could reach her at any time with a question. The gourmet kitchen was amazing as it had everything you could possibly need to include quality appliances. We will definitely be back to make more family memories here. Thank you

This property was absolutely amazing and fit 10 people very comfortably! The pool, outdoor barbecue, and dining area were great spaces to entertain in! House and bathrooms are all impeccable and very clean! Kitchen was spacious and easy to move around. House was wonderful for our family and friends. !

We had a great time at the property. The house was clean and well maintained. The TV in the living room was HUGE. The kids loved the pool and game room. The Keurig though was difficult to operate and the $100/day pool heating fee was steep and the pool was not even that warm. It wouldn't have been an issue but the weather was sub 70's the entire time.

Located on a quite cul de sac of redeveloped/new build houses. House recently renovated to “as new” condition and functionality. Large “common” area’s great for family activities. Kitchen/outdoor kitchen well equipped. Very clean property and attentive landlord!

We stayed for the weekend at this Bermuda Dunes property. It was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The property was well stocked with tools in the kitchen, towels for the bathrooms and pool, and shampoo/soap. It was nice to be able to just walk in and feel like we were at home. The two rooms with King beds were spacious and each had a bathroom, while the two other rooms shared the hall bathroom. The room with the bunk beds is adorable and the kids loved the little private space off to the side. Everyone loved the game room in the garage and enjoyed playing fusbol and pool. We would have loved to use the hot tub, but felt that the $150 daily fee to heat it for a couple of hours of use was not the best plan for us. We went to the Indian Wells tennis tournament all weekend and the house was perfectly located to the tennis facility and within fifteen minutes of the Paseo restaurants. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to staying again.

Our family of 10 enjoyed a wonderful week together! We all loved our accommodations - the beds, bedding, baths, decor, pool, spa, and game room were great and the kitchen was not only designed well, it had everything gadget you’d need to create family meals and memories. Everything was spotless and totally updated and beautifully furnished. Can’t think of anything that wasn’t perfect!! And Syuzanna the property management could not have been more friendly, professional and prompt in replying to any questions.

This was the best house we have stayed in by far! We were going to have visitors from Canada and wanted to have a mini getaway during the week to the Palm Springs area for warmer weather. We found this house and booked it right away. It was perfect for our two families, total 8 people. Everything was better than expected. The kitchen was stocked up with the essentials, the dining/living room was perfect with enough space for all and so were the rooms were perfect. But our favorite part was the outdoor area. It had a beautiful grilling area and table for 8. The jacuzzi is where we spent the night catching up with our guests. Simply perfect!!! I will say this was a trip that will never be forgotten, we will definitely come back again in the future. Thank you Suzy for making this an amazing experience. ❤️

Beautifully renovated home with a range of amenities from heated pool, hot tub, pool table, fusball table and corn hole. The bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with indoor and outdoor plateware and we loved the spacious breakfast nook. Grocery stores nearby too. Excellent host who was very responsive to all our questions.

My family and I had a wonderful mini getaway trip to this wonderfully clean and nicely remodeled home. The backyard and outdoor area is a huge plus, with a nice jacuzzi, pool, and bbq area. The home is nicely furnished and all the amenities were just what we needed. We brought our 8 month old baby so we didn’t really leave the house much, but it was a nice getaway nevertheless. Communication with the manager was great too! I highly recommend this place. No bad surprises here.

I 100% recommend a stay at this beautiful, modern, and newly remodeled home. It was insanely clean and organized. Full of all the necessities you need for your stay. It felt so comfortable, like we were in our own home. The host was super friendly and very on top of everything. We had lots of fun playing games and watching TV in the game room. I will definitely book this gorgeous property again and refer my friends and family!

My family/friends stood here this weekend Sept 2022 and I can tell you this is a beautiful house, it is perfect for kids and for the adults, everything was more than expected I was kind of new to some things there like the grill lol and they always responded to my questions and helped when we needed. The grocery stores are close by. We definitely recommend this place.

Highly recommend this property for a fun desert getaway
We rented this beautiful property for a mini family vacation. The entire process was seamless! They were extremely professional and prompt with helping us answer all our questions and completing the rental process. Not only is the home welcoming, stylish, clean & family friendly, the check in and check out process is effortless. Exactly what we need when traveling with kids and the entire family.
Honestly, pictures do not do this property Justice. It is even more stunning in person. Shows the owners placed a lot of love and thought into creating a space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but functional as well.
The house was stocked with all the necessities. There was no need to over pack. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need. From kitchen utensils, gadgets, extra towels, pillows, blankets…. The best part was everything looked brand new. The sheets were clean and bedding and mattress was very comfortable.
They have a fun game room that the kids and even adults enjoyed and let’s not forget to mention the beautiful, functional outdoor space. We grilled burgers and hotdogs and enjoyed everything poolside.
I would highly recommend this property and the individuals who manage it. Very professional and friendly.
Thank you for making our families mini vacation that much more relaxing and memorable.

3 Days in the Desert
We had an amazing time staying in this incredible house for our 3 day getaway. This home is gorgeous inside and out and feels like it's brand new. The pool was amazing! I'm a die hard pool fan and this pool was perfect; very clean and the salt water was great, lots of room and just really nice. Lots of chairs outside and the umbrellas on rollers were so nice to have mobile shade. Inside we loved the layout and cleanliness of the entire house. The home uses a lot of modern technology so comfort with smart homes is recommended but we found most everything easy to figure out, as well as our host being easily accessible by text throughout our visit. She was very kind and helpful. The beds were comfy we slept great and everything inside perfectly appointed. I highly recommend this house and we would definitely want to stay here again.
