Superb accomodation, very confortable and quiet rooms, high quality stay. Lovely hosts. Look no further. It is worth the extra from city center. Worth every dollars.

The hosts were absolutely delightful. The breakfast was huge and truly amazing. The whole concept is very charming – doesn't feel like a hotel at all, and we really appreciated how quiet and private our room and patio was.

Coconut Lane is simply the best if you want a real relaxing and peaceful holiday in Bangkok.
Clean, spacious room with tasteful decoration and setting. Marvelous Breakfast that me and my family enjoy much. The owner Waan and Pil are friendly and welcoming, making our stay the highlight of the trip. They are nice and talented. Everything's splendid! Thanks a lot!

Everything about the homestay accommodation - from well-maintained architecture, clean rooms with privacy, tranquil balcony area for birdwatching and sunrise, delicious spread of breakfast and provision of their bicycles for us to explore around the island. Definitely with a touch of heart and soul from the owners, Pil and Waan, with their warm hospitality and attentiveness to our needs, like helping to contact with local taxi and motorbike transportation. Thankyou for the comfortable stay, and hope to be back again :)

It was a refreshing feeling being able to be in the big city but having a peaceful place to be in nature. Was very lovely. Could hear the birds sing in the morning and the smell of the grass was wonderful.
Would highly recommend
There was not one thing about coconut Lane that I would change. It was a peace of heaven in the city. I would only maybe look at getting a shuttle to and from the main city.

We picked Coconut Lane from the photos online showing a lush, green natural preserve surrounding a gorgeous, open air modern building. It turned out we had selected one of a handful of hotels available in an area called The Green Lung of Bangkok. It is almost entirely bounded by water (yes in the shape of a lung!) save a small bridge that allows cars and bikes in and out of the island. Waan and Pil are the proprietors of Coconut Lane and are exceedingly gracious, accomodating, available and full of suggestions and help. Waan spent at least a couple of hours talking with me about the hotel, the land that was owned by her family and its history, and ideas for how to spend our day. Our room was well appointed and sparkling clean with all kinds of lotions, shampoos, conditioners, a variety of free snacks and drinks, and an extremely comfortable King bed with immaculate white linens. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with ice cold AC, sleek bathroom design, and even a private sitting area outside where we could overlook the green canals and watch the birds with a cup of coffee. Breakfast was AMAZING. I always struggled to select my two breakfast options (way too much for for just little me by the way!) but my favorites were a tie between the pumpkin pancakes and the chili-spiced soft tofu over grilled bread. Breakfast also came with dragon fruit, pineapple, banana and other seasonal fruits, an espresso drink AND fresh pressed juices! (The beet juice!) I had the most to die for Gado Gado indonesian salad one day for lunch. We arrivied on a weekend so my daughter and I were able to use the cushy free bikes to travel through the little jungle roads to The Floating Markets. Fabulous! Coconut Lane was a dream! We even cancelled our last night in the city of Bangkok and booked our last night with Coconut Lane, we loved it so much! Thank you Waan and Pil! Come stay with me in San Diego - Waan you have my What'sApp!

A deeply relaxing dew day get away while in Bangkok, between some work activities. Hard to believe it was a half hour taxi ride to Saladaeng. Food is very good, the ecosystem in the ponds a joy, and the roads very quiet for bike riding. Will be back!

Wan and her husband Bill were in contact with us via chat prior to our arrival at the hotel regarding our arrival time. They personally welcomed us and showed us the room and explained everything. Architecturally, the entire property is a masterpiece. Everything is arranged with so much love and attention to detail. Perfect! A piece of heaven in Bangkok. Especially the view into the garden makes you relax, you breathe fresh air, Thai birds are singing, the wind is playing and the fascination when looking into the greenery does not let you go. The hosts are very warm personalities who speak perfect English and take a lot of time for their guests. The breakfast or the food on the menu is healthy and tasty and is prepared with a lot of love. Every wish is read from the eye and here you really feel the hospitality and you feel safe and welcome. The most beautiful accommodation I have ever stayed in Thailand. A hidden paradise on the outskirts of Bangkok. I will be back again. Special mention to Wan's celery juice - my new favorite drink :-)

This is a truly wonderful place! The owners and staff are so warm and helpful, the building is stunning, the room is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The view was so lovely and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and awesome! (We didn't even need lunch!) Really liked the location as well. We had free bikes for our stay and the owners called us taxis to make leaving super easy. Would love to come back.

Beautiful location with use of bikes to explore the island. Wonderful big room and delicious food with great view over the garden. Bat watching and fire flies in the evening, exotic birds during the day to spot and great local market at the weekend.
