Very clean, tidy and spacious ideal for family with kids.

Extremely poor experience staying here:
- Big patch of mould on lounge wall we weren’t told about
- Smell of damp in the air
- Unclean (e.g. hairs in bed, cutlery and crockery not washed properly, hairball left in bedside drawer)
- Key-code not provided – had to chase owners (MW) via Vrbo when we arrived after earlier requests for it not forthcoming
- Only one light working in master ensuite, plus extractor fan not working
- No dishwasher (there is one listed)
- Washing machine didn’t work
- Freezer over-frosted and ice-cream tub left in there
- Fraying carpets and marks on walls
- Mattress in master extremely poor quality and uncomfortable
- Rip in a duvet cover
- Faulty light in the kitchen
- No welcome or information pack
- One of front door keys wouldn’t turn so couldn’t fully lock
- No hot-water on the first night
Owner apologetic via messages saying it was unacceptable and he’d provide compensation. First offer was a gift card which I refused. Despite his apologies, other than re-send the cleaners, no other action was taken.
Owner wouldn't entertain my request for one night and cleaning fee as a refund compensation. His offer was frankly insulting, but gave up as he wasn't listening and clearly didn't think the issues were too serious. It took one month and a further reminder before I received the derisory compensation.

Dish washer was advertised but none available. Minor issue.! We really made the church our home for two days.
Thanks

We enjoyed the spacious apartment. Parking was a bit difficult. The accommodation was clean, well presented and just right for our family. It did have DVD on the advert but none available. It did have smart TV with access to Netflix which helped with children.
