Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, this cabin is perfect for your large-group gathering needs: family reunions, corporate gatherings, church retreats, etc! With plenty of room to spread out or gather together, your group will love amenities like the indoor pool, theater room, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, hot tubs, gaming rooms, and more. Smoky Mountain Memories is sure to live up to its name!
The main floor of the cabin has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a spacious dining room, kitchen, and living room with picture windows! Gather the family in this beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, two of all major appliances, and seating for a total of 51 at the 5 log dining tables. It is furnished with all the cookware and tableware necessary to create that perfect family meal. Kick back on one of the 3 comfortable sofas and let the electric fireplace cast a relaxing glow or catch up on your favorite television show on the HDTV! You will also find a convenient hall (tub/shower) bathroom on this level. Two of the bedrooms on this level offer a King size bed, HDTV, futon for additional sleeping arrangements, and an attached (tub/shower) bathroom. Two more of the bedrooms you will find on this level offer a King size bed, HDTV, and an attached bathroom. Bedroom offers a tub/shower bathroom while the other offers a roll-in shower bathroom. The last bedroom on this level has 2 Queen size bunk beds, 1 Twin size bunk bed, HDTV, and an attached (tub/shower) bathroom. Step outside to the deck and take in the incredible mountain air as you bubble all your worries away in the hot tub!

Our family of 22 kids and adults absolutely loved this house and the views! We even got to see black bears in the neighborhood. Customer service was great and we even got in a bit early. They were prompt to help clean up a lot of trash that had been scattered by the bears before we arrived. Just be aware that parking is at a fairly steep angle that can be tricky for anyone that might be a little unstable walking.

Our group of 28, 16 adults and 12 kids, had a great time in June at this location. Plenty of space and activities for everyone. The location is beautiful, the pictures can’t even do it justice properly. But the house itself definitely could have been cleaner, as it was superficially clean but there was a lot of dust around ceilings and corners and there were trash and food crumbs left in the pool room and theater room. We also should have been given more soap and laundry detergent given the house size and expected guests.

We stayed here the week of July 4 with 6 families - 12 adults and 12 kids. The bedrooms were extremely well setup so that all the adults had a king bed and private bath room. The kids enjoyed rooms with bunk beds with their friends.
There are ample amenities to entertain adults and kids. Our kids were never bored. Indoor pool. 2 game rooms with tons of games. Movie room. The adults enjoyed amazing sunsets on the balcony with spectacular views.
The kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, and there are 2 washers and 2 dryers downstairs. We had no issue with space or with getting laundry done.
There's plenty of space for parking. It's on a steep hill but that's to be expected when renting a house in the mountains.
The property managers were great. Any questions we had, they answered email promptly and even delivered a grill brush to us for the 4th of July.
The house has some wear and tear but nothing unexpected.
Overall we had an amazing week in this house and would stay there again.

We had a great stay at this cabin! It was perfect for our family reunion. Lots of space for everyone. Everyone had their own bathrooms plus an extra by the living room and the pool. The views are spectacular. The location is great and convenient. I couldn't believe how well stocked the kitchen was including crock pots and even an instant pot. I thought the place was exceptionally clean. The only thing I would recommend to anyone staying is possibly a sound machine if you're a light sleeper. With that many people and the way it is so open, sound carries a little. (Definitely no fault of the owners). The pool was a great addition for the kids and they never left the game area. So many fun memories were made! I would definitely stay here again!

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous and very spacious! My group was a couples retreat with 18 adult couples over 40. We enjoyed the king sized bed suites. The cabin waa clean and the kitchen more than enough for 2 couples to cook at the same time. As brunch was being completed, a BBQ dinner was able to bw prepped. Pool and hot tubs were the added bonus we absolutely LOVED. The living room was large enough for games each night.
Parking was less desirable due to incline/decline but accommodated 8 large SUVs with room to spare.

This house is well organized for a large gathering and gives opportunity for all to have their own space. The views are beautiful and there are options for indoor activitivites, if it rains.
We felt the house was poorly cared for. The house appeared to not have been dusted above eye level since the house was built. Strings of dust hung from all horizontal surfaces with cob webs in almost every corner. The dining room ceiling was splatered with food and fluids, even spit wads on the ceiling.
One of the hot tubs was leaking upon our arrival, facilities was quick to respond. The second hot tub is almost impossible to get into with the cover open. There was no maintenance on the pool during our one week stay and by day 5 we couldn't swim in it because it was cloudy & needed treated.
One of the dryers was broken and there were damp towels left in the dryer prior to our arrival.
We enjoyed our stay in the Rocky Mountains but not sure I would rent from this management company in the future.

The cabin was perfect, everyone loved it, age groups varied for us, 2-60 and everyone loved it. We had some hick ups at check in but it was figured out quickly and the owner and team did everything to ensure it was handled. The management was available to respond quickly. Two suggestions would be to brighten the kitchen area more. It’s pretty dim when cooking. Lastly the exterior door leading from pool to outside gets stuck and is in poor condition, need to have it checked out. The cabin is close to attractions and grocery stores which was a huge bonus. My family and u would definitely stay again.

I rented the cabin from November 25th through the 29th. The cabin was completely as pictured. Had a couple tiny issues that were addressed by maintenance very quickly.

We stayed in this cabin for Thanksgiving week with the family. There were 21 of us so there was plenty of room and most of the kids had their own rooms.
Getting to some cabins can be an adventure, but this was not that difficult at all. Checking in was simple; we just entered the code and away we went. There were a few minor issues that we contacted the rental company about and they were rectified the next day without a problem.
The kids used the arcade games and movie room with the downstairs indoor pool and outdoor hot tub every day of the week. The adults tended to stay on the main floor in the family room and dining area as well as the main floor hot tub.
The '2 of everything' in the kitchen made food preparation and cleaning work well. Other than a few kitchen items (like large pots), we had everything we needed for cooking purposes. And, although the pool table and dart board have seen better days, everyone had a great time using all of the entertainment in the cabin.
This is a cabin our family would most definitely rent again if we come back to Tennessee.

We had a group of about 27 including young children. The house was very spacious and well laid out for a large group. The gameroom and poolwas a game changer with the grandchildren, as they were entertained without having to leave the property every day. Kitchen was well equipped which was so appreciated as we cooked every night to avoid eating out. And the views from the long back porch were un paralleled! Property managers were so helpful and prompt when we had a question. House was very clean. Great room could’ve used a few more chairs or bigger sofas to accommodate everyone as we gathered to visit with eachother, but otherwise it was wonderful. Another plus- king beds in all bedrooms except the bunk rooms amd all were very comfy!!

We had our family vacation here and it was great! Lots of space and the kids were kept entertained. The cabin overall was clean, but could use a ‘deep’ clean. Lots of dust bunnies under the furniture and beds. Overall, I would recommend this cabin!

The house was amazing, Spacious. The views were remarkable. Our reunion consisted of 12 family's from all over the country and there was room for all to gather and socialize as well as go off alone for quiet time. We had 34 family members with us and we all truly enjoyed it. We are already talking about coming back for our next reunion.
We had one small issue with the house during our stay but the management staff was amazing, they started working on it instantly and keep me updated on the status of fixing it almost every hour till done. Was truly impressed with their customer service.

Our group of 20 had plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved having the bottom floor with the arcade, pool, and theater room to themselves. We thought the dining area might be too big but we ended up using all of the tables (one with a jigsaw puzzle, one with a board game, one for serving food, and the others for dining). Having 2 of all appliances in the kitchen was great too so we weren't bumping into each other while preparing meals.
Highly recommend for big groups. The host was great, too. Very good communication.
Be mindful that this cabin is on the side of a mountain, so the parking area can be difficult to navigate. Some of the older adults in our group had a hard time getting to and from the cars.

Beautiful cabin! We had a group of 21 adults staying a week in Pigeon Forge and we all had a fabulous time. There was more than enough room for us all to spread out and have a great time. We also enjoyed seeing the neighborhood bear on several occasions. We kept our distance but got some amazing photos and videos of him/her. The view from front and back were both spectacular. I would definitely recommend this cabin for your large group!

This cabin lived up to our expectations. Unbelievably beautiful views from every window and deck. The ages of our family ranged from 14-84 with something to do in the cabin for every age. It was very comfortable and welcoming.

The cabin for our family reunion had plenty of space for everyone. There were a few minor issues (some appliances and chairs in the theater room were not working), but nothing that provided a major inconvience with our trip. The location of the property was also central to every place we went. We didn't really have to travel much beyond 30-40 mins for any excursions...so that was convienent.
The only challenge to note was that the cabin is positioned on a steep hill. There was plenty of space for parking, but the parking surface was not flat which provided challenges when transfering our son w/ special needs from the car to the cabin. We couldn't see that incline from the photos...but we only had to deal with that when we were coming and going from the cabin.

My family of almost 30 people, ranging from a one year old infant to 80 year old great-grandparents, gathered here for a 3-day reunion weekend, and it was everything we needed and hoped for. It looked just like the photos. Everything was clean, and the view from every window was lovely.
For my family's own peace of mind, we conducted a "fire drill" in the house before going to bed the first night we were there, and it was great to discover all the external exits and staircases from the outside of the different levels, just in case.
The owner was very communicative and helpful. Any criticisms are ones to be expected in a rental -- It wasn't super sound-proofed, so when some people went to bed early and others stayed up late, noise of footsteps overhead/on the stairs and voices could be heard pretty easily. Light sleepers will be best on the top floor. And for instance, the kitchen utensils were adequate if not top-notch (but again, expected in a rental -- bring your own if you need something specific). Really, we had a wonderful time, and I am only mentioning these things to try to paint a realistic picture. We loved it and none of these minor drawbacks would prevent us from renting the house again. A beautiful and memorable weekend, worth the investment!

Our family met to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 90th birthday. This place was perfect for us. Everything was clean and fresh. Plenty of rooms and activities for all ages (6 mo - 90). The view was amazing! The kids (and adults) enjoyed the game room, the pool, the hot tub, and the media room.
The dining room was the perfect place for our party and the birthday girl had a great time! We loved spending time together and were so happy to have a space that fit our family!

There were some sanitary concerns that I was not comfortable with. I spoke with David and he immediately addressed all of my concerns and issues. Everything was very detailed to the T. This property was great for the family event we had. There was more than enough room for everyone and the we didn’t’t have to go anywhere once we were there unless we wanted to due to all of the amenities in the house. A great property for family and friends to go and have a good time.

The house is absolutely gorgeous...had a struggle getting the code to work to unlock door for a few hours,but other then that we had a amazing time.

This cabin is truly wonderful, spacious, clean, and welcoming.
Constructed in 2019, this cabin still has the "NEW' smell in it.
This cabin was more than enough space for 12 adults and 7 kids.
Big living room, huge dining room, big kitchen, 2 hot tubs, heated pool, and did I mention the best view in the resort. We had our family reunion at the cabin 28 SEP - 2 OCT and it was spectacular. There was even a bear sighting near the cabin so keep those trash bins locked. 5 stars ***** . Thanks Coastal Vibes. Keep up the great hosting.
