Wow! What a beautiful home. An enjoyable experience to say the very least. Pool was well maintained, check in and check out were seamless, it really couldn’t have been much better. We’ll be back!

Some coworkers and I spent two weeks at this location. There were plenty of space to accommodate everyone so everyone had their own bed. They enjoyed the pool on their downtime. Communication was great with the host. We would definitely stay there again.

The home space and amenities are great for large groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the big pool and amazing backyard. The house itself needs some TLC to make it perfect. All the bathtubs did not drain properly so showering meant standing in a pool of water. Some dead bugs and cobwebs on the inside of windows but nothing that a good cleaning won't take care of. All in all, an enjoyable experience, we will definitely consider booking there again.

We came for our friends bachelor party and had a wonderful stay. Spacious, clean and open house is perfect for big groups. Lovely pool and living room area in the basement were great for hanging out!

We stayed here for a large family gathering. There were plenty of bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms for our group. The kitchen was also nice for accommodating the group. The kids had fun swimming in the pool, and there was a pleasant covered patio to sit on. We had a great time!

It was for New Year and we had a wonderful time.

My family and I had an incredible experience at The Roadrunner Retreat! There were a few minor issues such as there being an electrical short in the basement game room and the garbage disposal not working, but things happen and we just adapted to it. Would definitely stay with Dripping Springs for our next family gathering for sure!

Great place for large group. Beds comfortable and many gathering areas. Construction provides challenge especially in dark

Our family met in Austin for Thanksgiving. Everything was pretty much as advertised. We struggled with the internet connection and watching football games in the LL family room. The host was very responsive in trying to get it fixed. Otherwise. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. 20-30 minutes to the airport and 6th Street. We will check it out again the next time thru.
2.0 / 5.0
First off, the property was almost impossible to access due to the construction out front, which is not the owner's or property manager's fault, but the lack of instructions on how to get there certainly was their fault (via a private road a half mile away). And the manager's indifference about it afterwards was inhospitable. Second, the carpet in the house is about 40 years old and looks like the home was the scene of several horrific murders. This, according to the manager, is due to the owner's indifference. Third, the ice maker doesn't work and they have no intention of fixing it. There are plenty of other, better properties available in the Austin area.

The house is spacious and can fit a large group comfortably. Provided pool towels in addition to the bath towels which was nice. The ice maker in the freezer did not work. House is 20-25 minutes from downtown. Grocery stores/liquor stores/Costco all located within 10 minutes.

Other than the construction having to deal with to navigate getting to and from there, the house was a good fit for what we needed for our reunion weekend.

We stayed here in July for my sister’s bachelorette. The house was perfect with plenty of room to accommodate us all. There was lots of outdoor seating and we even found some pool floats in the closet. The property manager was on top of everything. They even called us before we checked in to let us know there was a maintenance issue and had someone at the house within 2 hrs to fix it! We were very happy and would definitely recommend this house.

We really enjoyed our visit to Austin. The house was spacious and accommodated our multi-aged group.
We were pleasantly surprised to find the house was well stocked with bathroom toiletries of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and lotion. The kitchen had ample trash bags, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. The laundry room provided laundry soap and dryer sheets. These items were much more than the travel size that I’ve seen in other rentals.
The house was missing a high chair, but it did have two pack and plays for infants. The beds and pillows were comfortable. And the closet space was oversized.
The yard had a large flat area where we could set up a cross net for play. The pool was a huge hit because we were visiting Texas in July. There were plenty of pool towel provided. My only complaint with the pool is that it was not maintained on schedule. We were swimming daily. With sunscreen and dirt debris from neighbor’s plowing field, the water became murky before end of stay. Also, the trash was not collected on schedule. With our large group we had trash flowing out of the bins. Now, having made those complaints, when I called management to address the concerns they were very prompt with a response. Thank you.
There was ample seating in the kitchen, dining area, patio, and pool area. But no pool chairs on site.
The driveway was great for multiple cars.
There were no family complaints about the AC unit or lack of hot water from continued showers. Nice.

We thought the place was great and accompanied all our big group! The location directly off the highway was the only downside.

We loved this house! We came here for a bachelorette party. It had plenty of bathrooms and space for 12 girls to get ready and hang out. The basement is awesome. We didn’t get to use the pool since it’s February. The house is also well stocked: laundry pods, trash bags, silverware and even salt and pepper. Only downside is i didn’t think it was as close to downtown as I was hoping. It was a 20 minute drive. And obviously the construction around but we knew that ahead of time so that was expected. Would definitely stay here again especially in the summer!

We had a great time staying in the home! Lots of room for everyone!! The pool was great! The kids and the adults enjoyed the game room with the ping pong table! We all had so much fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed our weekend!

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party and it was perfect! The house is huge with plenty of bathrooms for getting ready. The party room downstairs had another fridge/kitchen/bar area which was perfect for entertaining. There is a nice, covered outdoor entertainment area separate from the pool. Uber/Lyft had a hard time finding the address a handful of times but I think it was due to the surrounding construction. The concierge service that came with the reservation was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
