The villa features three spacious double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a cozy living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the outdoor pool area, which is protected by a special security gate designed for children, ensuring a safe and peaceful stay.
The pool is set in a terrace made of traditional Mallorcan stone, where you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful views. Additionally, in the barbecue area, you will find another kitchen with a wood-burning oven and fireplace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.
Located just 15 minutes on foot from the charming town of Pollensa, the villa is also equipped with air conditioning/heating, TV, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher for your comfort.
