Come enjoy all of the outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer and spend a relaxing time on the water in your own quiet retreat. Indoor/Outdoor Northwest living at its best! Cottage ambiance, spacious deck, outdoor fireplace, big yard, and large hot tub installed in June 2022! Only ten minutes from Bremerton Ferry. Perfect getaway from the big city for couples or families!

At low tide, check out the tide pools on "rock island" or take a swim at high tide. Enjoy dinner grilled on the new gas BBQ while watching the tide ebb or flow. Finish the day under the ambiance of the patio & tree lights having S’mores at the outdoor fireplace. Liability precludes us from allowing use of our kayaks, but you are free to bring your own.

Thank you for sharing this lovely home with our family. Property was clean, quiet, and beautifully kept. Had coffee on the deck every morning with the resident Blue Heron, humming birds and kingfishers. Easy access to the ferry for day trips into Seattle, or a short drive to explore the other islands around Bremerton. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was a great place for our group of 4 adults & 2 young children. Wonderful location with a nice sized yard, waterfront access for our kayaks, bird watching, seal sitings & sea shell hunting. We happened to be there the weekend before July 4th so we got a noisy fireworks show from across the inlet but otherwise it’s a very peaceful place. The house was very clean, kitchen very well stocked, plenty of towels & nice bedding. The 4 & 8 year old loved the bunk room with the cozy reading nook. The hosts provided more than most in terms of paper products for kitchen & bath and the welcome book made it easy to be certain about any questions we might have had as well as offering ideas for restaurants etc.
We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! Thank you to our hosts!!❤️

We were 2 families with adult children, from the East coast, staying in Bremerton for a wedding. The home and property are beautiful. Plenty of space for 7 of us. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the sound. Its a short drive from conveniences and ferries. Collette and Steve were very responsive to any questions, concerns or problems we had. We would stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area! We would definitely recommend this home for you!

This was the perfect house for our weekend getaway. Being right on the water was so relaxing, and finding fresh oysters at low tide to cook on the grill was an unexpected bonus. The owners have put great thought and attention into the little details that made us feel welcome and right at home. We will definitely be back!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this beach house. The beach house is clean, in great neighborhood and has beautiful beach view and easy beach access. The beach house has a great kids' play room with tons of board games which my son enjoyed. The house is located in a nice, safe and quiet area. Overall we were very pleased staying in this house and would recommend it to our friends.

we have an annual get together with our family in Seattle. This year we chose Bremerton. it was a perfect choice. our teenage granddaughters swam in the Sound and then jumped into the hottub with us each night. Although the days were extra hot this year, the fans provided relief. The kitchen was well stocked wiht spices and dishes. Loved being here . The hosts were so responsive too!

Home is in a quiet area and has beautiful views. It is cutely decorated and is stocked with everything you could need. Our son enjoyed the loft area and didn’t want to leave to do any sightseeing. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any orcas during our stay; not sure if we missed them when we were out and about. We did get to see the resident seal on our final morning! It was the perfect, peaceful place to come back to after being in the city all day.

Our family of 4 (kids age 2 & 5) loved this beach home as our home base while visiting family and having a vacation. The home was so clean and comfortable. It is outfitted with special touches for kiddos which we really appreciate (books, toys, games, craft supplies, bunk bed, beach toys, kid plates/cups). Coming from Denver, we packed only the necessities and this home filled in all the gaps. The view and access to the water is top notch. My 5 year old son talked non-stop about finding sea glass on this trip and he found some the first day combing the beach! We will always cherish our time we spent in this wonderful home and our memories of the resident seal we saw every day!

Colette and Steve's Beach house was even more beautiful than the pictures we saw on line. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at home. The home was so clean and well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, flat wear, pots, pans, bowls, dishes, glassware, everything you would have in your own home, including spices..
The bathrooms had all the toiletries you would need.
The towels fluffy and clean, and plenty of them.
The beds were very comfortable.
Colette left cleaning supplies which I really appreciated.
She also left a welcome note, and a box of Amy's chocolates which we enjoyed.
We would highly recommend staying at their beach house.

We had a fantastic stay here in early March. Things were just starting to blossom in the beautiful landscaping. We thoroughly enjoyed the bird watching from both inside and outside, and the hot tub, despite quite a bit of rain one day.
The house is so well stocked- the kitchen had everything we needed and the toys for the kids were great!

Everything about this trip was top notch. The home is very clean, well laid out, perfect for our family of 5. Enjoyed going out to the beach to watch the wildlife and learned about tides! The hot tub was lovely on the cool evenings. Good location to grocery, restaurants and other tourist cities. I didn't have any reason to contact the owners. Everything we needed was explained in a welcome book. Loved taking the ferry in/out to Seattle. Would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for letting us stay!

This was an awesome spot for getting in the water every day. The house was clean and bright and very comfortable. The two large bedrooms are located on separate corners of the house, which was ideal for myself and my teenage son. We also really enjoyed that the deck was in the shade in the late afternoon for cozy reading and outside dining. All and all we had a fabulous time and loved the house and property.

The property was perfect for our multi generation gathering. Plenty of activities for kids and relaxing areas for adults. View of tidal waters was fantastic. Eleven year old wore the provided calf high boots for exploring the waters edge.

We had a fantastic time with our 3 girls (ages 8, 5, and 1). Very kid-friendly house! Hot tub was beautiful and clear. Enjoyed some nearby whale watching and we loved spotting the resident seal! Grill was also great and convenient. Would definitely return!

My family stayed in this house for 5 nights. We found this house located in a great and safe neighborhood with a fabulous beach view. The house was clean and have a wonderful games room for kids with all kind of board games. Overall, we had a very relaxing vacation at this house and will be looking forward to come back again next summer.

This beach house is lovely! It has plenty of room inside and out, and is well appointed. Lots of games and toys for the kids, and everything we needed for our 10-day stay.
Hosts were responsive when needed, and we loved our time looking at and playing on the water.

Girls' Trip by the Beach
The house was clean and adorably decorated. It was roomy and well equipped with games, quality shower products, blankets, kitchen spices and beach towels. We spent hours playing games on the patio while watching the tides roll in and out. The hot tub was amazing too. We had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Charming Oasis!
This beachfront respite exceeded every possible expectation. As a regular VRBOer I appreciated how CLEAN everything was. Our family crew ranging in age from 11 - 80 enjoyed much that it offered: kayaks, tide pooling when water was out, incredible game room and outside toys, hot tub (also sooo clean) s'more tools and outside fireplace, beach view, walks, etc. The kitchen was well appointed, and we ate both inside and out. Beachy, comfy, clean vibe puts you in vacation mode. And fast wifi if needed. Comfy beds, sheets and towels. Owners were very responsive and helpful. The local suggestions in detailed binder led us to some wonderful pizza. We'll be back for sure. Nice to discover an escape so close to Seattle. Take the ferry for full NW experience!

Beautiful place for a relaxing birthday getaway
The lake house is gorgeous,We really enjoyed our stay. It was well stocked with small kitchen appliances. The hot beverage basket was a nice treat. The wood for the indoor fireplace was very nice, as well as the outdoor fire pit, We also saw the neighborhood seal!

A perfect getaway on the water
We loved our stay. The house is perfectly appointed with all the amenities. Being able to work from this location with the beautiful view felt like a vacation even while we were working. The owners are extremely easy to work with and very responsive. We’ll be back when we need a getaway from the city!
