This nice Fort Myers Beach 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation condo at Estero Cove is the perfect option to save some money if you are willing to walk across the street to beach! Seven miles of white sugar sand and turquoise blue waters of the Gulf await you - dolphins playing, shore birds, and our world famous sunsets. The Estero Cove complex offers you wonderful amenities in addition to your beach access across the street - on-site tennis courts and a lovely private heated pool so bring your towel and soak up some wonderful Florida sunshine.
This 4th floor condo has a lovely screened Lanai that overlooks the Preserve. The living area has a flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The fully equipped Kitchen has all the appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining area has a table for 4 and the breakfast bar has seating for 2 more. There's a Queen sized bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen sized bed in the Guest Bedroom. Both Bedrooms have their own TV. The Master Bath has a walk in shower and the Guest Bath has a tub/shower combo. This vacation condo offers an in-unit washer/dryer. WIFI IN THE UNIT.
In addition to the heated pool and tennis courts, there is also a lovely BBQ and picnic area. (PLEASE NOTE: Pool is scheduled to reopen January 2025) For your convenience, the building has a secured elevator and ample on-parking. Estero Cove is across the street from your beach access.
The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.
