Welcome to Sunset Paradise. The sunsets on the lake are really something that pictures cannot capture. Enjoy the private fishing hole built into the dock with brush pile to enhance your catch. With your stay comes access to the private neighborhood boat launch adjacent to the property. There is a large yard and ample parking. The property boasts large open living and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped for cooking for large groups with gas stove and open seating area.

This house was absolutely stunning. The sunrise and sunset from this camp cannot be beat!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Deavon was so easy to work with and gave us great suggestions for the area. We plan to make our trip to Toledo bend an annual thing & we plan to stay here every time.

Stay was as advertised. Everything was clean and the host was available and responded quickly. Having a private boat ramp was a plus and it was used numerous times. We would definitely stay again!

Can’t express in words how perfect this place is but I’ll try. Beautiful. Spacious. Clean. Quiet. The view is breathtaking. Also, if you need fast, reliable wifi and a consistent cellular signal, this is the place. Sunset Paradise is worth every penny!!!

The house is absolutely stunning, clean and has everything you need. The owners are very quick to respond which was nice! After a day on the water we would come back and catch sacalait off the dock! Beautiful sunsets and plenty of fish to catch right at the house if you don’t have a boat. We can’t wait to book our next trip there!!! Thanks for the great experience

We were in town for the high school bass tournament. The house was perfect for our needs. Extremely clean and well stocked. The boat launch was great and the house was close to San Miguel for us to go by boat. We will be back next year!

This was our 2nd stay at Sunset Paradise. Everything about the house, property and boat dock is in excellent condition. The host, Deavon, does an excellent job with communicating and quick with responses about questions or concerns. Perfect stay at a perfect place!

The BEST Toledo Bend getaway destination! Home has everything you need and the views are amazing!! Sunsets are absolutely breathtaking! Very convenient location for launching boat, great communication with host, Deavon, and easy check in/out. I could go on and on….HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The property was very nice and clean. The light on the dock for fishing at night didn’t work which was a bummer. They need directions on how to work the living room TV. We never could figure it out.

We were very impressed with this property, Great location and well maintained home and pier. The photos do not do it justice. The sunsets are beautiful and you do not need a boat to catch fish! The grandchildren had a blast. We could have sat on the porch looking out at the Lake another week. The home is beautifully decorated, well stocked with great products and the linens are top of the line. It is a very quiet area, and we felt safe. We definitely recommend Sunset Paradise and will be our first choice for accommodations on our next trip to Toledo Bend.

This house was perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciate rentals that provide trash bags, paper products and spices. The view from the deck is amazing. However, the best part of this house is the fishing on the dock. We caught bass, catfish, bream and tons of perch. Everyone loved the house and said their beds were comfy. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We greatly enjoyed this camp! The weather was terrible, but we still caught 15 Sacalait off the dock. The camp itself is perfection! It was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped. The couch and sofa are power recliners which was a nice surprise. You can unload your luggage through the garage so you don’t have to go up and down the steps. We have already booked our next trip.

The lake house was beautiful! Perfect view and location. We were able to bring our boat so it was great having the launch next to the property. Wharf on the water was also a great space to gather and unwind. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
