Perfect

Nice place strategically located between the stadium and the city centre (25 mins from both). Dan is a very nice and pleasant host who readily helped me throughout the whole check in and check out. Room was tidy and clean. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, clean and overall great!

Very clean room and bathroom and bed was so comfy! Dan was really friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of help with local travel and parking etc. All of our needs were met, very happy with our stay :)

Only thing we could say was that there was no lock for the bedroom which we would’ve liked, just for privacy reasons, however we did feel very safe during our stay.

The room was cleaned and you could tell that Dan takes care of the details so that you feel cozy like you’re at home. Dan is such an amazing person, he’s caring and has such a good energy! Location is also great, you can easily walk (2 minutes) to the tram station that takes you straight to the city centre. Overall I’d be definitely saving this property for when I come back to Manchester, Dan’s House is my go-to.

Perfect for a game weekend.

Dan is a lovely person and a great host. Make the guest feel comfortable in the house. The room and bathroom are clean and smelling good. The room has a wardrobe, a minibar and a one of those electric water kettle to make tea or coffee. The location is perfect for using the Tram both to reach the city center and to go to Old Trafford Stadium.

Lovely room, friendly host.

The location was great, close to a tram line and bus stops. Dan was very nice and helpful, the room was lovely and so were the amenities. No issues whatsoever, would stay again.

Host was very nice and welcoming, room was clean and bed was comfortable. bathroom lovely

the only thing at all that we would change would be the curtains, they let in too much light in the morning😂 , also maybe a lock on the door.

Basic, clean and quiet, ideal

Confusion over key pick up but sorted and Dan did do his best to get in touch. He even offered the use of a tumble drier for wet clothes

Perfect for a short stay in the city centre.

Very welcoming with very good facilities that showed thought had been given to the presentation. Very convenient for the city centre. Key collection worked well. Also lovely to be introduced to the handsome Bear.

Dan was an excellent host, house was clean and comfortable and in a good location. Dan also remembered to leave the iron and ironing board out for me without me asking as I had a job interview the next day.

Dan is an excellent host. A really nice guy and extremely helpful. It's easy to find and accessible to most of the City, thanks to the nearby Tram Station. The room is great. Clean and tidy. If I'm in the City again, I'd definitely look to book again.

Dan's the man.

Dan was friendly.Clean room and shower.Easy acess to Deansgate.Nice view. 5 mins walk from Deansgate. Great value.

Had to move car by 8am, but not really a problem. In an apartment block on an estate, so was put off at first, but ended up pleasantly surprised.
