See SD hot spots - Little Italy, Sea world, Balboa park, Lego land, Beaches, 30-40 mins away, SD safari zoo in 20 mins. Once you enter the house, you might not want to go out. A fully stocked kitchen, all kinds of games you can dream of from indoor to outdoor. When everyone is tired, just relax in the pool & enjoy sunset.
The Space:
This 3,118 square ft estate offers 5 full bedrooms, 2 dining areas, 2 living areas, a game room, and a stunning back yard that includes swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor bbq, basketball, sand volleyball and 2 different putting greens, bocce ball, human chess, horseshoe and tree house with 1 gas fire pit ( Pls note do to fire risk we do not allow the use of wood fire pit by putting green).

Bedroom #1: Master bedroom that features King Size bed & Twin daybed/trundle with Smart TV. Sleeps 4.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

No music in backyard at all times. Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.
POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.
There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-Feb: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
March-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).
Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.
Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.
Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.
You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.
The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.
Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

This is the second time we have stayed in this home. It is great for large families, my spouse and I, my three children And their spouses, and six grandchildren Stayed in the home. The house was immaculate but I deducted two stars because the pool was very murky and while the pool maintenance Cruise came promptly, it took three days of our six day vacation before the pool water was clear, but that was the only negative. We love this property. There is much to keep the kids entertained and, great for the adults to both relax and party.

My family stayed at this property for a week and it was wonderful. The property was fully stocked, was very clean, and the host was very helpful/responsive. Very nice stay. Only flaw was there was a lack of dressers/shelves in rooms if you wanted to unpack your suitcase. Other than that, great place!

Wow! This house and property are beautiful! We had 9 people- 4 adults and 5 kids. We used the game room inside for a fun tournament as well as the outside games on the beautiful sunny days. We enjoyed several days at the pool while the kids swam for hours on end. Mo was fantastic to work with and you can tell he values his guests experiences and his properties. We typically stay at VRBOs and this is the best one we have stayed at to date. It had everything you may want or need. Highly recommend!!

This amazing house more than met all our expectations!! It is beautiful, really roomy, immaculate, and was well stocked with everything we needed. It's in a very quiet, peaceful and private neighborhood and certainly worth the drive from San Diego. I loved the fact that 3 bedrooms have king beds, we all had our own bathroom, and our grandson loved the kid's room with bunk beds. It was a larger house than we needed, but I rented it mostly for all the outdoor space, games and activities available on site. (No need to go to an amusement park!) The heated pool and hot tub are lovely with lots of floaties and innertubes available for the kids. There's lots of room to gather around the firepit and we cooked on the grill. We had a great time down on the lower backyard property on the putting greens, playing giant chess, and climbing in the treehouse. The garage games were so fun and included ping pong, foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard and arcade games and everything was in working order. There's something for everyone and we ran out of time before we could play everything! The only minor issue was the AC unexpectedly going to nighttime mode making it a little warm & we finally discovered there are two separate thermostats for the bedrooms. Owner Mo was quick to reply to questions. This was a terrific property and we would definitely go back!!!

Our family of 11 ranging in ages from 1 to 52 had the most amazing time at this property! It was by far the best location we could have picked for a southern Cali vacation. Unsure if the house would be “vacay ready”, we brought some standard household items (Keurig, crockpot, cups, blender, spatulas, dish towels, spices, laundry soap, broom, etc.). However, the house was so clean and came with everything! The beds are super comfy, the bathrooms are upgraded, the linens are soft, and the living spaces fit all of us comfortably! The activities at the house were the best! We swam in the pool, relaxed in the spa, played volleyball and outdoor Connect Four, roasted s’mores, had many pool and ping pong tournaments, played shuffleboard and the old school arcade games, and watched football in one room while the kids watched TV in another room. The amenities and activities were superb! The host was super responsive (the spa wasn’t working and they had a tech come out the next day to fix it). I would recommend property this to any family!

We gathered with family at this beautiful mountain retreat to celebrate my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. We are a group of 10, ranging in age from 15 to 86 and it was perfect for everyone! We swam in the beautiful pool, had a ping pong tournament, played fun, nostalgic video games, mini golf, air hockey, shuffle board, and all of the other fun activities in the listing. There was something for everyone.
The home was very clean, with beautiful appliances and close attention to detail. The kitchen had everything we needed to BBQ and have family meals. The landscaping is just beautiful. We had more than enough room for everyone to have their own space.
Check in and out were super easy. Communication with Zeina and Mo was very efficient and gracious.
We hope to stay here again. It was perfect.

We stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed it. The pool is nice and spacious and the yard is amazing. Had fun playing beach volleyball (but chasing the ball was not fun). We had an issue with the spa not heating up but luckily one in our party was a pool guy and was able to fix it. AC was nice and cold and accommodation were comfortable. Very nice house.

Such a nice and fun property. This home had so many fun things to do within arms reach. We went with people of all ages from the age of 2 to late 50's and everyone had a blast. It was perfect for a little getaway. A few yhings had to be fixed while we were there but they were pretty prompt in sending what we needed for the most part.

We had three families for spring break and it was a wonderful property for that. The kids spent endless hours in the pool, and it was close enough to San Diego that we could enjoy the zoo, Seaworld and the Safari Park with little effort. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here over Christmas with four teenagers, and six adults. There was enough room for us all to be together but still plenty of space to spread out when desired. It was also handicap accessible for my elderly father (walk-in shower, no stairs - except down to the lower part of the yard). Teens loved all of the game options and they gravitated more to the non-electronic games (basketball, volleyball, golf, pool, ping pong and the swimming pool). Home was clean and well-equipped and everything was in working order. We cooked just about every meal there for 5 days and we had everything we needed. There are several grocery stores nearby. Management was responsive to my questions and the neighborhood was quiet with a few small hiking trails. We made a day trip to the beach in La Jolla which was only about 40 minutes away. Great for a family gathering!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was lovely and well set up, from *extremely* comfortable beds, to soft towels, to ample kitchen tools that made it easy to cook. We had temps in the low 100's while we were there, so we made great use of the beautiful pool - truly like our own private resort. We also really enjoyed the pool table and other games - frankly we did not find the time to use all of the many, many amenities this property has to offer! The location was a little further from San Diego proper than I had realized (it's about 45 minutes away) but it's a really nice area and very quiet, which was great for us. We would love to go back! We had two older teenagers with us and I think that the property is perfect for families with teens/older kids: they loved having their own space and being able to indulge in the pool and other activities whenever they wanted. Highly recommend.
