About this towable trailer rental
Ready for a camping trip, but don’t have all the gear, don’t want to drive an RV, or tow a camper? Want to just plan a weekend getaway, but don’t want to own a camper or a tow vehicle year round?? Rent our travel trailer camper for a week, or just a weekend, and get outdoors!! Let us do the hard work of towing, setup, and breakdown. We provide all the necessary gear for using our camper, you just show up for the good times!
Perfect for kids, friends, or a group outing, our bunkhouse camper has 4 bunks, a private queen bed, and can sleep up to 8 comfortably.
Meet our Camper:
- 2017 Coachman : 29ft bunkhouse with a single large slide out for an expansive indoor space (rainy days happen...)
- Outdoor awning
- Air conditioning
- Separate 4-bunk room with closet/storage
- Separate queen bed with privacy doors and wardrobe cabinets
- Large u-shape dinette (coverts to additional sleeping area)
- Jack-knife sofa (folds down for additional sleeping area)
- 3-burner stove top and oven
- Microwave
- Refrigerator
- Large dual sink with ample countertop space
- TV and radio entertainment center with indoor and outdoor speakers
- Pantry space
- Tons of storage cabinets
- Full bathroom with vanity and shower
- We are pet friendly- dogs are permitted and encouraged to go camping with the family! (Damages assessed if applicable)
- For Inside Use:
o New Teflon pots, pans, and cooking utensils
o Dishes, cups, silverware
o Toaster oven
o Bunk and mattress fitted sheets
o Dish soap and sponge
o Dish towels
o Anit-bacterial hand soap and dispenser
o Bathroom hand towels
o RV-specific toilet paper
o Trash and recycling bins
o Trash bags
- For Outside Use:
o (4) Camping chairs
o (1) 4-ft folding table
o Fire starters
o Bug spray
o Disposable picnic table cloth (plastic)
Suggestions for you to bring:
- Linens/blankets or Sleeping bags
- Pillows
- Bath and/or beach towels (available for a fee)
- Personal toiletries
- Food, drinks, and snacks
- Outdoor games (corn hole, ladder ball, etc)
- Bikes
How it Works:
- Confirm that our camper is available prior to reserving your site
- You reserve the campground site for your getaway
o Site must accommodate up to a 33ft trailer (we will need to confirm this before delivery)
o Full RV hookups are strongly recommended
o 30 or 50 amp power recommended and required for use of A/C and microwave
- You reserve our camper for your getaway
- We will contact you to confirm your reservation and camping plan/schedule
- Paperwork, deposit, and payment are made in advance
- We level the camper and complete all required hookups upon delivery to your campsite.
- A 15+ minute walk-around is required (This can be done in advance if you will be arriving late)
- We arrive to disconnect the camper from your site prior to your check-out time.
- If full RV hookups are not available:
o Air conditioning and microwave cannot run without power hook up and cannot run on the generator
o Fresh Water tank can be filled prior to delivery for a fee
o Refrigerator, stove top and oven can run off propane without power hook up
o Grey and Black holding tanks will last only a couple days without emptying, and less if showers are taken.
- State Parks often have limited hook-ups (power only), and a dumping station on-premises.
- Prepare to throw out or bring home your leftover food and snacks
Options, Fees, and Rules:
-Daily rate $140, discounts available
- Required: One-time delivery, setup, and breakdown fee: $200 (delivery within 20mi of Lakeville, MA)
- Required: One-time cleaning and sanitization fee (interior): $15
- Required: Grey/black Tank emptying/flushing:
o On-site $10
o On-premises (dumping station): $30
- Fresh water tank fill up: $20
- Generator Rental (2000-watt): $10/day (full tank included-last approx 6-8hrs full
- Clean out of fridge/pantry/trash or washing of dishes: This must be complete at least 1-hr prior to check-out so that we can breakdown the camper and hook it up for towing on-time. If it is not completed prior to our arrival, we will perform the clean out off-site and a $50 fee will be assessed.
- Outdoor shade pop-up (10’x10’): $25
- Camper will always be delivered clean and sanitized.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind, or VAPING inside the camper ($300 fee for odor removal)
- We are pet friendly- dogs are permitted and encouraged to go camping with the family! (Damages assessed if applicable)
- Awning should be lowered or rolled up during windy weather to prevent damage.
