About this house rental
Welcome to “Magnolia Place”. A small taste of Southern Hospitality in South Louisiana, surrounded by Oak trees, Pecan Trees and a Magnolia on every corner. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home has a feel of that one and only feel of “Southern Hospitality”. Located one mile off of I-10. Easy access to everything in Cajun Country. Set in a Peaceful neighborhood with a large beautiful fenced in back yard for the family to enjoy. Get your morning walk in or drink coffee under the Oaks.

Family of 3 including an infant plus two sets of grandparents and an additional teenager stayed in this house for a wedding weekend. House was incredible! Tons of space, enough beds/sitting room, full kitchen, and enough driveway space for parking as well. Communication with the host was amazing, we had an issue with the passcode and couldn’t get in at check in time but the host unlocked the house for us within minutes; that alone made the difference for the trip because we were already on a time crunch as members of the wedding party trying to make rehearsals on time!

Jay is an exceptional host, quick to respond and very accommodating. The house is as pictured, easily accessible and comfortable.

The house was better than expected. Lovely home! area was nice and quiet as well as conveniently located. We had some last minute change of plans that i thought may have complicated our stay but the host was super responsive and awesome to work with. he saved the day and was very nice. kudos and thank you. i would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our stay was very nice. The home is beautiful inside and out. It was nice to have morning coffee on outside patio in back yard. Bed was extremely comfortable. Was able to take an enjoyable walk around the neighborhood. Also very close to I 10 access and shopping with Aldis and Target very nearby.

This house is amazing! As great as the pictures are, they cannot do this house justice! The entire house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything could need. The bath towels are fluffy and soft. There was complimentary soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. Hair dryer was provided. It was everything we wanted and more. We were in town for my son’s wedding and this was the perfect place to have our family and relax.

This property was clean, safe and I felt like I was at home. We had a great weekend getaway and the comfort of this house helped make the trip.
Communication was great between us and the owners. My son forgot his Miko robot in a cabinet which we did not realize until hours after checkout and Jay was right there to let us in to let us back in to get the toy. I really appreciated it!!

This home was specious and in a great location (Target and Aldi are 5 minutes away). The kids loved running around in the large back yard and the open floor plan was perfect for our family.

We were in town from New Orleans for a college tour. This house was in a nice neighborhood, very clean, spacious and well worth the money. Check in was simple and easy! I would stay here again

Magnolia Place was beautiful & clean and decorated such that we felt right at home instantly. Wonderful fenced-in backyard for our pup too! One thing that we loved most of all is that the neighborhood is so lovely, quiet & very safe which was very important to us. We will definitely book Magnolia Place next time we are in Lafayette area…thank you to Jay & Tessa for such an awesome rental!

Great clean house in a quiet neighborhood. It was plenty of room for 8 people and had everything we needed. Nice fenced backyard. Host responded fast and had great recommendations for local restaurants. Will stay here again the future.

Wonderful home! Plenty of room for our group of 5 bike riders. Easy to feed the group in the Great kitchen. The 2 plus car garage work out really well to store the bikes over night. Overall, the Magnolia house is a great place to stay.

Magnolia Place was absolutely perfect! The house and yard was beautiful and extremely clean. We loved how open, well decorated , and comfortable every room in the house is. The amenities and welcome book were amazing. I can’t say enough about the property and the host! We will definitely revisit, if available, when we return to Lafayette.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice house and great location. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice kitchen and living room area to relax with the family. Bathrooms are nice with everything you needed. Yard was big to let the kids run around. All together a great property.
