About this house rental
This newly completed 2 Storey, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, just 20 metre walk from Jindabyne lake, with uninterrupted views of the bush, lake and mountains in the distance, is truly breathtaking!
3 Queen bedrooms, (the beds do not split!!), each with fitted wardrobes and having a private ensuite with sumptuous underfloor heating.
The Master Bedroom with a luxurious ensuite and freestanding bath and separate shower, is located on the first floor.
There are 2 further Queen Bedrooms, both with ensuites, located down a short flight of stairs. They both have patio doors, opening out to a private deck, overlooking the garden and bush…… a perfect place for a morning cuppa!
Also on this lower level, is the laundry room with washer and dryer and a large separate drying cupboard for all your wet outdoor gear, to ensure they are all dry and ready for your next day exploring!
A separate powder room is situated by the entrance door on the first floor. From here, there is a generous hallway, with internal access to the double garage.
This hallway leads to the open plan kitchen/living space. With its pitched roof and wooden floors, it is a stunning, light and airy space. Having huge bifold doors that lead out to an amazing deck, with the outstanding views. The undercover deck, with outdoor dining suite, gas BBQ and ceiling heaters, enables this superb space to be utilised all year around.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 ring gas hob and large electric fan oven. It has everything you need to cook a scrumptious meal, with plenty of pots, pans and platters. It has a large fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso pod machine and more importantly a wine fridge!
The dining area has a gorgeous table and comfortable seating for 6 people.
The lounge area has two large, comfy sofas, perfectly positioned around the cosy gas wood burner….. an ideal space to snuggle up with a good book, or movie and a glass of wine!
The house has ducted air con and ceiling fans throughout to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
There is a large, double garage to safely and security store your mountain bikes, skis and snowboards, so please do not take these items into the house. Additional cleaning fees will be charged!
Please note the garage is not high enough for a 4WD with a roof box, so please check the clearance before parking in the garage!
There is parking outside the house for 3 cars, but this is a shared driveway, so please park tidily, to leave enough space for everyone to get out, if they need to.
The house is located in the prestigious Tyrolean Village development, backing onto the popular local mountain bike trail at Rainbow Reserve. It still only a 10min drive to Jindabyne town and 30mins to Perisher Ski Tube, so offers easy accessibility to the slopes.
This house is perfect for 3 couples, or families with older children, who need their own space and separate bathrooms!
This is our home away from home, so has be comfortably furnished with everything you might possible need to have a perfect break. We do not allow parties and at least 2 members of your group must be over 25 years, for every booking.
Guest must NOT BRING any additional mattresses or bedding. Any extra guests will be asked to leave and extra fees will apply!

This stay had been exceeded our expectations! The facility at home was really good, the house is modern and clean, everyone was so enjoyed! We come back next time

For the money it was not worth it. You expect more at the higher end. You expect to be spoilt. Property still unfinished ( no landscaping) and the outlook is kind of bleak ..no view of the Lake .. just straight into boring bush land ..also construction next door…

Property was very clean, only downfall was bad reception Nd no internet but the owner had let us know prior about the WiFi being down

Lovely new property with nice aspect.
Very comfortable and good to have an ensuite in each bedroom. Some constructive suggestions - Would be good to have more flexible bed arrangements downstairs so kids could bring a friend each. No wifi because of problem with Aussie Broadband was a problem. Heater was difficult to work out. Would benefit from some additional basic kitchen equipment/ utensils such as sandwich toaster, more saucepans, vegetable steamer, lemon juicer to make cooking at home a more viable option. Overall very nice property and very helpful owner. Thank you for having us.
