The living room also comfortably seats 8 with recliner, 3 comfortable chairs & sleep sofa. Relax in front of the gas fireplace and large TV. Plenty of separate spaces for family to dine & gather. The 2nd floor also includes the laundry facilities, located on the main level which is convenient for all. Side by side washer & dryer are inside in its own closet, making laundry a breeze. Additionally on the 2nd floor has a half bath & large queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Perfect for adults or children!
The master bedroom suite occupies the entire top floor which includes a private office, master bath & deck with views of the bay. Wonderful water views abound in the spacious king bedroom suite, with its multitude of windows capturing views and breezes and embracing a cozy outside sitting area on the balcony, complete with large TV and gas fireplace. Relax in the soaking tub in the master bath separate from the large shower or relax outside & truly indulge yourself in the sun on the private outdoor balcony while gazing out to the bay. Still have to work while on vacation? No problem, with a private office off the bedroom suite, with adjustable desk, printer & storage.
