We strongly recommend Palazzo Sertorio if you would like to experience some small town Italian style. Rafeala was extremely helpful and sweet. Everything was well arrangement and perfect!

It was perfect!!

I loved everything. The decor was a perfect mix between vintage and modern. This beautiful palazzo is even better in person. Besides all its charm the whole place is spotless, super clean! I looked in every little corner as I always do and it was spotless. The gathering room with its original frescos made you feel like you were back in the 1700’s. The perfect place to read a book or have wonderful conversations. Our room (where Napoleon Bonaparte stayed in 1805) was to die for. The bed was so perfect due to its super comfortable mattress and pillows it made us feel like staying in all day. The delicious vino and home baked cookies we absolutely delicious. Raffaella, Paola and their husbands was the most caring and accommodating people I have ever met. Everything we asked for and needed they never hesitated to provide or help find. The bar downstairs is the perfect place to have a cocktail or two as the wonderful bartender knows how to make amazing cocktails. Both strong and delicious. She never disappointed in anyway. I came to Gavi for the outlets but absolutely fell in love with Palazzo Sertorio and Gavi itself. I will most definitely come back over and over. Thank you all for the most wonderful experience!!

Loved Gavi and would stay in Palazzo Sertorio again and look forward to doing so.

It's an old building and refurbished with style and taste to a very high standard. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom very good. The aircon worked well and it was hot outside! Rafaella could not have been more helpful - arranging a reservation for me in a very good local restaurant.

This place was simply outstanding. I have never been to such an amazing place in my life and I will never forget this trip. The history of the hotel and the out-of-this world service is unbelievable. I really really REALLY recommend going there for holiday. You feel like royalty.

The attentive and courteous staff catered to our every need, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. With its convenient location in the heart of Gavi and outstanding service, Palazzo Sertorio has quickly become our go-to choice for accommodations whenever we will traveling to the area. 5 star! They even have their own garage!!

It was perfect and unique

It was a pleasure to be guests at Palazzo. Very comfortable bed, nice designed bathroom, very clean and noble. The place is centrally located with some nices places for dinner around it. For sure we will come back again. Thank you for hosting us.
