Boris was very accommodating and happy to give us advice and recommendations. The apartment was really well equipped and was a pleasure to be in. It was easy to access Ljubljana both by train and bus and parking was also easy.

Very nice apartment in a nice setting

The owner, Boris, was very kind and willing to help. The facilities were brand new and spacious. Good courtesy set. Nice neighbourhood and surrounding area. We appreciated the opportunity to have dinner on the balcony. Nice walk-in shower. Free parking on site

The last day of our stay other guests kept smoking on the adjoining balcony, so we had to close all the windows and stay inside, since it was very annoying. Clearly this is not the owners' fault, but if not for this our stay would have been really perfect!

Perfect apartment - everything was excellent! Very clean & spacious and well equipped - plus, it offers convenient self check-in. It is located in the outskirts of Ljubljana, but is very easy and cheap to get into the city center by bus. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

Great place. The rooms were very clean and hotel-like. Self check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. The host was nice and very helpful!

peaceful & comfortable

the flat is very clean, modern, comfortable bed, a little cosy work space, water in the shower is excellent, the free parking space is a huge plus, the flat is in a walking distance to the bus 14 stop, which will take you downtown without worrying about parking there, the place is very calm and peaceful, the owner Boris is helpful and responsive, fully equipped kitchen and many storage space. it’s perfect for singles or couples.

Excellent accomodation conditions. Very good communication with the host. The room was very nice, very bright and fully equiped. Strong wi-fi. Located a bit outside the city center area, however easily reachable by car and/or public transport: BUS 14, only 5 min walk from the location.

Very courteous landlord, everything is very clean. I was asked several times if I needed anything else and if everything was ok. Top service. The pictures on booking.com correspond to reality. The center can be easily reached by taxi or S-Bahn. Parking right in front of the front door.

Great host. Boris was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The apartment was very neat, clean and extremely well equipped. The location is good, easy to reach city center by car from there or with taxi. Parking spots inside the courtyard. Everything was great.

Beautiful, comfortable and modern aparatment on the outskirts of city

The location of the place is outside of the city center, which is good if you want peace and silence. With a car, it's less than 10 minutes to the centre, but also it's possible with a bike or by walking (a lot more time). The room was extremely clean and tidy, the host was very kind to call the day before and see if there are any extra questions and give all the info via call. Key less rooms (via code) are a big plus. The smell in the bathroom is amazing and the provided accessories also smell very nice. In the kitchen, there were provided complimentary coffee pods for user with the provided machine - which was also a big plus! Also, on the TV, there's a bunch of channels provided to satisfy everyone's needs. To sum up - a pleasant and lovely place to stay and enjoy Ljubljana.

Only thing and this is personal preference, I would have loved some cushions for chairs on the balcony as we loved sitting there in the evenings :) But this didn't ruin the awesome experience we had :)

Great for car travelors, it's only a 15min drive from the center. Without a car you rather need a taxi (10€ in the center). The furniture was new, the bed comfortable. Also, you find all the tableware and kitchen appliances you need for preparing meals. The host is very polite and considerate!
