За три дни не смениха кърпи те за баня, няма халати с които да се слезе да спа центъра и паркинга е платен!

The stay was horrible

The hotel was severely understaffed. Instead of a bellman, we were offered a cart and asked to transport our luggage to the room ourselves. During check-in, we were given old, stale cookies that had been reheated in an attempt to make them more presentable. The receptionist had to bring bathrobes and toothbrushes to our room, as they were not provided initially. The housekeeping service was dreadful: when we returned to our room in the evening, there were crumbs left on the table, the bed linens had not been changed, just re-made, the hairdryer was not put back in its place, the cups were not properly washed—merely rinsed with water and left on the table, and the spoons remained dirty (photos of the cleaning are attached). The shower didn’t function properly, with abrupt temperature changes—you could be mid-shower and suddenly be scalded by boiling water. Yes, the location is good, and the rooms are nice, but the service leaves much to be desired. Our complaints regarding the shower and the housekeeping were ignored. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Gran hotel de lujo en el centro

Al llegar nos dieron un detalle de bienvenida. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en el centro de Plovdiv. Tiene un buen parking. La habitación estaba muy bien. La tele se podía configurar para que el audio saliese en el baño. El desayuno muy completo y de calidad. El gimnasio bien equipado. Zona con restaurantes cercanos.

El restaurante del hotel era muy caro.

Excellent place to stay, would visit again :)

Everything was great - exactly as expected :) They even had charging cables for all kinds of phones by the bed, which was a really nice and unexpected thing :)

A minor thing, connected to safety no doubt, but I did not like all the blinking during the night - from a smoke detector or something like that on the ceiling and something else on the side. Easily solved when one closes their eyes :)

Confort y bienestar en Plovdiv

La ubicación está bien, a unos minutos caminando del centro. La habitación era muy amplia, luminosa y espaciosa, con una butaca, mesa, camas confortables, buenas almohadas, cafetera, hervidor, minibar y hasta plancha en uno de los armarios. El desayuno buffet, magnífico.

Nos gustó todo. No nos dio tiempo a usar el gimnasio ni de ir al restaurante del hotel fuera del desayuno, pero es un hotel francamente recomendable.

We did not have breakfast because we did not stay.

The false advertising of as air conditioned hotel which was a lie. The hotel staff kept it from us hoping for a cool day but actually it was one of the hottest!!!!!

One the Best Hotel in Plovdiv

I had a wonderful stay, From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to all my needs. The room was immaculate and well-appointed, offering all the comforts of home. The amenities, including the spa and restaurant, were top-notch and truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful interior, clean and new, very nice atmosphere, the staff is friendly and accommodating, helpful concierge, good breakfast with nice coffee, great location

parking was paid, WIFI was paid, very high pet fee, so all these "hidden" costs leave an unpleasant final impression of the otherwise good hotel

Fantastic hotel! I will never book any other place when in Plovdiv!

Amazing hotel! The best of the best! Amazing interior, fantastic rooms, but above all the staff is so friendly yet professional and helpful. This was our third stay for the past one year and Doubletree Plovdiv never disappoints! The hotel is ideally located between the old town and the center of the city, there are parking facilities. The spa is small yet clean and perfect for the concept of the hotel never crowded. But the staff... AMAZING people! Can't wait to stay there again.

בחופשה של 4 לילות החליפו מגבות רק פעם אחת, אחרי שהערנו להם על כך.. חזרנו לחדר בארבע אחר הצהריים וגילינו שהוא לא נוקה. לא מילאו סבון ונאלצנו להשתמש בשמפו. אין כוס למברשות שיניים. רמקול של הטלויזיה בחדר הרחצה מיטה וכריות לא נוחות. מיזוג לא עבד. ציפינו למלון ברמה גבוהה והתאכזבנו.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι κοντά στη παλιά πόλη και μπορέσαμε να πάμε παντού με τα πόδια. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και με χαμόγελο. Μιλούσαν πολύ καλά αγγλικά. Είχαν διάθεση να απαντήσουν σε κάθε απορία και ερώτηση. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω και θα το προτιμήσω.

comfortable and nice stay

comfortable rooms, excellent beds, very soft and large towels, nice breakfast buffet, quiet rooms, central location.

My first room was a bit noisy because of the airco that didn't work. My second room was great. Hilton hotels are universal hotels that you could find everywhere around the world. You don't feel a 'local touch'.

Absolutely amazing.

Everything was so clean, organised and I experienced a lot of pressure.

A girl named Nikol from the reception. She was acting like my questions and requests were something terrible and not appropriate. On the top of that my mother saw her making faces behind my back. I understand cause she is young girl, obviously without experience but the culture of attitude is important.

Great hotel, very good location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice bathrooms and big towels. Lobby bar was very good ,decent breakfast, Staff was very helpful too. Would recommend.

There wasn't anything really that I didn't like but if I have to mention something it would be that one of the coffee machines wasn't working one morning at breakfast. the other one was in order plus you get nice Esspresso machine in your room

Главное в нашей поездке было найти отель, с возможностью размещения с питомцами, а у нас пёс 70 кг. немецкий дог. И вот в этом современном недавно отремонтированном отеле нас приняли с собакой без малейших сомнений. Большое спасибо. Всё остальное тоже было на уровне и персонал и питание и местоположение.

Ничего страшного, но ради справедливости один отрицательный момент - это постоянно занятая парковка, не хватает мест постояльцам и один совет, выставлять в выходные на завтрак (просеко). Поверьте - это поднимает имидж и рейтинг хорошего отеля.
