Хорошая квартира, но есть проблема - ужасный запах канализации, кондиционером пользоваться нельзя

Квартира хорошая, но во время нашего пребывания был ужасный запах канализации.

Мы останавливались в квартире 8Е 6-10 августа и был ужасный запах канализации, который идет из системы кондиционирования. Кондиционером пользоваться нельзя. Персонал ничего не мог сделать с данной проблемой.

Bit of a nightmare!

Amazing building with great views. Modern and stylish with good amenities.

We arrived late Monday evening, Tuesday morning we discovered that both the 46th and 47th floor facilities were closed, we then found out that the outside pool was also closed. We contacted the agency and were advised that we could move to an alternative accomodation close by. Whilst the alternative accommodation was ok. It essentially isn’t what we booked or paid for. They advised me that we could have a refund and move out but at that point we only had 6 nights left, allot of the hotels do minnimum 7 night stays and most were allready booked up. It felt like it was made to be our problem that we had to deal with. We then just accepted our fate and moved to the alternative apartment to then find that the main pool there was also closed! There was a small heated pool available but it was just more salt in the wound. I’d advise to stay away as it seems there having issues with facilities at intenpo

Decepción en este viaje

Las vistas, la seguridad y el servicio de sauna. Lo estrenamos todo dentro del apartamento.

No nos comentaron que ni la piscina exterior ni la planta 47 (Lounge, jacuzzis, vistas panorámicas) estaban cerradas. En ningún momento vimos ni hablamos con Costa Activa (Sra. Mónica), el último día a última hora tuvimos que preguntar qué hacíamos con las llaves. Tuvimos que estar montando el tendedero porque estaba envuelto, nos cambiaron (antes de llegar) a otro tipo de apartamento (mas altura, del 9 al 28) con un baño menos, nos dicen que la plaza de parking es la 228 pero luego es la 220, nos dicen que va a ser en la planta 29 y luego es la 28, el tostador no estaba, no había agua caliente el termo/calentador eléctrico no funcionaba y lo tuve que poner en funcionamiento yo por lo que yo entendía. Papel higiénico que nos dejaron fue muy justo para 4 personas. Les solicitamos un segundo juego de llaves y dice que es imposible (una llave magnética estaba desconfigurada). Me llamo Angel Luis y terminó llamándome Antonio.

COMO VIVIR EN EL CIELO ;)

Estancia ideal. El apartamento pl.24 muy bien decorado y equipado para cocinarte, como en casa. Impresionantes vistas. Libre acceso a zona superior con piscinas/gym con vistas 360 muy top. Trato muy amable de Pilar :)

Las camas son 2 individuales juntas, y para nuestro gusto muy duras, con un topper de visco unificando sería mucho + cómoda. Es el único pero.

Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmals buchen.

Die Kommunikation mit Frau Mariana war super. Sie war sehr nett, sehr freundlich und antwortete zügig unsere Fragen. Vielen Dank an Mariana. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich.

Die Badewanne war klein und nicht sauber genug und nicht wie auf die Bilder bei booking.Die Halterung von der Dusche war kaputt, lose. Trotz Reklamation wurde nicht repariert. Die Handwerker arbeiten sind leider nicht so toll, wie bei uns in Deutschland. Eine wunderschöne Gebäude aber das Appartement war kein premium Appartement, sondern einfach und normal.

Новая квартира,чистая,прекрасный вид на море

Поселение было очень ужасное,кто нас поселял,это Марианна или Мария поселяла нас 2,5 часа,водила нас по этажам из здания к зданию,она не понимала куда нас должна поселить. Мы уставшие после перелёта,сильная жара,тем более мы прилетели раньше их поселения на 5 часов. У них поселение в 16.00 строго,очень просили их чтобы поселиться на сколько можно заранее,но они ни в какую,и потом началось и это долгое поселение,мы уже психовали после стольких хождений по лифтам,этажам,с чемоданами в жару 38,это был шок. А она ходила и улыбалась как ни в чём не бывало,и это то что мы не малые деньги заплатили им за проживание,4250€ за 15 ночей,никакого уважения. Больше никому не порекомендую эти апарты

Staying at Intempo was exceptional. Mariana was a lovely person who handed us the keys and showed us around the building. Very good contact. Others can take an example :) Great place and amazing views. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. We miss you already!

it was excellent and we really hope to return again, maybe when the weather is better

property was available when we arrived earlier than planned. everything was as described and Monica we excellent with her information and recommendations.

The terrace area had has a gap in the bottom, which was great for our toddler to fit her toys through luckily they were soft toys

a lovely beach get away, not too touristy which is nice. loads of cafes and restaurants by the beach. lovely staff + res

the most gorgeous apartment the pictures really don’t do it justice. I upgraded to a higher floor on arrival as my room was initially floor 1, I moved to the 12th floor and the view was incredible. I was really surprised on arrival at how much nicer it was than online, as this is rarely the case

about 2 mins from the beach, a huge terrace and lovely modern apartment. often I feel wary as a solo traveller but this place was perfect

Stay was good but needs to improve on customer service as they are really poor on this aspect .

The location was very good. That came in handy .

The service was absolutely ridiculous . We were informed when we got there that we will be responsible to change our sheets and do the laundry as we were not provided the extra sheets for the beds . We stayed 9 nights and we had to use the same sheets for that period which I find very awkward . Now the place was advertise as a 2 bedroom flat and one en suite. The property is not even an en suite as the bathroom is separated from the bedroom so I don't see any reason why it should be classified as en suite . Maybe a market strategy to draw attention I don't know but it should be transparent in the wordings. The kitchen appliances is not fitted properly. The hot and code water tap signs are fitted in correctly as when you turn on the hot water tap , cold water comes out and when you turn on the cold water tap , hot water comes on . This can cause some damage to someone . They need to re-fit this . Other than that everything is fine .

Fantastic outstanding stay

Everything a fantastic stay and as this was our second stay at the apartment the experience was just as amazing as the first one Monica and Eva are fantastic hosts always available to assist if required so friendly you feel more like a friend than a customer😊 The property is fantastic with everything you could wish for a perfect stay, the apartment is new extremely clean and comfortable, with an amazing view of the sea and surrounding area The beds and pillows are very comfortable We felt very safe and secure in the apartment with security on site 24 hours, secure dedicated parking and lifeguards at the pool area. The pool area is fantastic, spotlessly clean as are the grounds of the property with domestic staff constantly cleaning I can honestly say I have never stayed in a property were all the staff including reception, security, cleaning staff are so kind welcoming and friendly Looking forward to returning soon

Fantastic stay in la Cala

This was self catering so no breakfast included. The location was outstanding. The apartment was spectacular and the host was amazing 11/10. All facilities in the apartment were new and everywhere was spotless. The secure garage parking was excellent and we felt very safe. The view from the apartment balcony was fantastic capturing the sun all day with great sunset views

An amazing experience if you like heights and seaviews.

The apartment was completely new, clean and very well equipped. The view is fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool on the 46th floor of the building has amazing views.

The parking needs additional signs. Finding our parking slot was not straight forward. The terrace would need blinds. The water in the swimming pool and jacuzzis at the top were cold.
