Step into luxury at Serenity Cove! From the moment you walk through the door you will be greeted with all the comforts of home. This brand new custom home features a large chef’s kitchen that is open to the dining and living area with a wall of windows overlooking the pool and expansive yard to the waters edge so you can be sure to be a part of every memory made here! Sit by the water drinking your morning coffee and enjoy the serene beauty of the water fountain and the calm waters of the cove. As the sun warms the air, cool off in the pool or enjoy a thrilling stroll on one of the kayaks, paddle board or pedal boat. Relax by the lake under the shade of an umbrella with a good book or lounge in the sun in the white sand tanning area. As the evening draws near retreat to the hot tub or covered patio to take in the beauty of the sunset.

Serenity Cove was designed as the perfect retreat for families to gather and have your own space as needed. The first floor features a large chef’s kitchen with a large pantry open to the dining and living areas. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, large soaking tub and separate shower with a double vanity. The second first floor king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and an extra-long full size bunkbed with a reading light and shelf. Have some fun in the game room where you can play arcade games, ping pong, pop a shot, giant checkers or giant jenga. Get some work done before the fun begins in the convenient workspace designed for multiple people.

Going upstairs you will find a second living area right off the bunkroom that can sleep 8 adults in the 2 extra-long full size bunkbeds. The bathroom for the bunkroom was designed to maximize space with a double vanity, separate shower and dressing area and private water closet (commode). This bathroom can easily accommodate 4 people at once without intruding on anyone’s privacy. Flanking each side of the upstairs living area you will find a king bedroom with an extra-long full size bunk bed and a private ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Serenity Cove has the capacity to sleep 28 guests in the comfort of an actual bed with 4 bedrooms and a bunkroom.

An outdoor oasis awaits you and is the perfect place to make some memories. Make a splash in the heated pool or soak the stress of the day away in the spa overlooking the water. Let the kids run free in the large fenced in yard and try your hand at one of the yard games including corn hole, spikeball, giant jenga or a good old-fashioned game of tag. Head through the gate and to the waters edge where you can relax under the umbrella in an adirondack chair or lounge in the sun on your own private white sand beach. If you’re looking for a little more adventure, take to the water on one of 2 kayaks or a stand-up paddle board or pedal around in the pedal boat.

Planning to have a boat? No problem! Serenity Cove is conveniently located next door to the private community boat ramp and has calm waters so you can easily dock up right next to the edge of the bulk head with the provided bumpers and ropes. ** Please note: to exit the cove you must travel under a very low bridge with a 5’8” clearance to the water. You must lower any towers or bimini tops.)

Words cannot begin to express what a wonderful time we had at Serenity Cove!! Our family - 3 grown children and their spouses and their children ages 6 to 19 were able to gather from various parts of Texas - a total of 15 of us. We wanted a family vacation together before the two older grandchildren go off to college. What a wonderful time we had in this beautiful house. Each couple had their own room with a king sized bed and bathroom. The 4 boys used the bunk beds and the 3 girls slept in the bunk beds in their parents rooms. As mentioned in all the other reviews, it was spotlessly clean, everything was well thought out to make our stay absolutely perfect! The game room with the arcades, basketball hoops, ping pong table, other games and the ice maker all were special attractions that made the decision for us to stay here an easy one. The pool with the colored lights at night made night swims a special time. The hot tub was a delight. Everyone used the peddle boat and the kayaks - a first for several of them! No detail was left undone. We have stayed as a family at VRBOs in New Mexico and the Coast and by far, this one was the BEST hands down - according to ALL! Thank you, Nikki for sharing such a lovely place for us to gather to make special memories. You are the supreme example of a 5 star Host! Can't wait to come again!!!

We had a great time with family! Relaxing on the lake, at the pool, or playing games at the large dining table, were all highlights. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep & hang out. The house was stocked with everything you could need for a stay and so well organized. We found little bits of hospitality all over the property! We would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend this awesome house! Everything was very clean and well organized. So many supplies provided that we were not expecting. We had children from ages four to 16 and our three sons and their wives, everybody absolutely loved it!

This was a beautiful house with everything we needed and more. It was so well stocked that all we had to do was bring clothes and food. Large, open dining, kitchen and living area. Fully stocked kitchen with we needed for cooking. Large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Game room with large ice maker was very handy. Nice pool, huge backyard with easy access to the water. Paddle boat and kayaks were a hit with all. Next time we visit Kingsland we'll be looking for this house.

This home was absolutely beautiful! To start, communication with the owner was amazing, every question answered from the beginning. Upon getting to the home, check in was super easy, as every detail was outlined prior to. The home was beyond clean and very very nice. The home was equipped with things I would never think of, but is so nice to have while on vacation. While at the home, when questions came up they were answered super quickly so we were able to enjoy our stay without question. I would highly recommend this home for your next rental!

Incredible how much space this home has and how thoughtful they are about the number of beds in each room. Love that there is en suite bathrooms in each. Comfortably fits very large groups or families and the mattresses are amazing. Immaculate space and pool was awesome! Loved the coffee bar - fully stocked with every kind you could imagine! They thought of everything! Will definitely book again for our 16 person retreat!

We spent three nights at this gorgeous property with our entire family for 2022 thanksgiving. We had amazing time with kids at home with the arcade, the outdoors heated pool and kayaking in the backwaters of Colorado river. Other than the weather which was rainy we had an excellent time at this modern facility. The HEB was also very close for us to go get essentials. Thanks to a Nikki for providing with everything we needed.

Our multi-generational family of 12 had an amazing stay. House is gorgeous and super clean! Hosts went above and beyond in thinking of everything you might need or want—such as a fully stocked coffee bar (including lemonade/hot chocolate Keurig for the kids) and soft drinks in the fridge! Super responsive & helpful as well! Highly recommend this property.

We had our family reunion here, with ages spanning 83 years down to 10 months old, and this property was a hit with EVERYONE! We brought two jet skis, played in the pool, rode the paddle boards and paddle boat, ate and cooked together…it was amazing! The property was stocked with everything we could think of and clear, easily accessible instructions for anything we could think of. There were TVs in every room and area, but we were having such a good time we never even touched them! And that says a lot, especially for our younger generations! This gets all the stars!

House was set up perfectly for a large group. We had every age, from a 4 months to 75 years old and everyone was comfortable. The house was immaculate and the kitchen was stocked well with what we needed to cook meals in. The way the living/kitchen area opened up to the patio made it really easy to go in and out as needed – with kids that was a plus, not having to pack up every little thing to go to swim or pop back in to make a sandwich. Great pool, was nice being on the water. Even though there were large groups in nearby houses, it was still quiet and relaxing. Had a chance to speak with the owners and they were terrific, too. We will go back next summer!

What a treat it was to stay at Serenity Cove! The house is brand new and should be featured on HGTV. We had the best time with our family. The house was clean and well stocked with little extras at every turn to help you feel the comfort of home. The extra touches like the fully stocked coffee bar was an extra special touch. We loved the quiet mornings sitting down by the water watching our kids kayak in the calm waters from our very own private beach! Nikki was very responsive and incredibly hospitable while answeringall of our questions. We will definitely be back next year!

I can’t recommend this house enough. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals, but this one is by far the best! It has everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Nikki truly thought of everything. The kids spent most of their time in the amazing pool and game room, while us adults enjoyed fishing, cocktails on the patio watching the beautiful sunset and catching up. I highly recommend this spectacular house with great hospitality! Will be back soon.
