Overall, a lovely break and introduction to skiing. Definitely return.

The property has great facilities and is very well located for both the village of Samoens and the ski fields. The pool, sauna and steam room were an added bonus and really welcome after a day on the slopes.

The details for the late check-in came through very late on the day of arrival despite emails to ask for these details. Communication from MMV could have been better and reduced the stress of knowing that we would have access when we arrived after a long journey from the UK. We were also charged 30Euro for failing to empty the dishwasher on our departure from the apartment, although we had not been asked to do so as part of check-out procedures. Although I understand that this is part of the group's policy, it would have been better if we had been told this was a requirement of the check-out procedure (we were asked to clean the kitchen only) as this meant that a great holiday was a little spoiled at the end by the withholding of part of our deposit, when we would have easily emptied the dishwasher had this been asked of us.

Erholsame Ferien im schönen Samoëns.

Ein modern eingerichtetes Haus, mit sehr freundlichen Angestellten. Die Ausstattung lässt wenig Wünsche übrig. Die Lage in der Nähe der Gondelbahn und zum Ort, ist sehr gut, so dass man nicht unbedingt ein Auto benötigt. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Sehr angenehm ist der Brötchen Service. Es gibt einige Ladestationen in der Tiefgarage.

Uns ist aufgefallen, dass der Boden nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Wenn man die Reinigungskraft beobachtet, die mit einem Haushaltsstaubsauger sich abmüht den Flur zu reinigen, tut es einem fast leid. Die Parksituation ist nicht besonders gut. Durch die hohen Parkgebühren (15,- Euro) suchen sich die Gäste im Umfeld einen Parkplatz. Leider konnte ich die Ladestation in der Tiefgarage nicht nutzen (Strom bei den Parkgebühren incl.) da mein Model 3 an der Abfahrt leicht aufgesetzt hat und ich keinen Schaden riskieren wollte. Somit wäre eine Ladestation außerhalb der Tiefgarage wünschenswert. Die Parkgebühren sollten überdenkt werden.

Great Place to stay

The appt and the whole property is of a very high standard. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room etc great extra to have access to after a days skiing.

Très belle résidence, bien située, avec belle vue sur les montagnes, proche du centre ville, du marché ainsi que du télécabine à pieds Personnel accueillant et sympathique L'accueil de nos animaux de compagnie Ne faisant pas de ski, il y a de très belles balades a faire au bord de la rivière SPA un vrai moment de détente

il faudrait un ménage un peu plus poussé dans les appartements Peu de places de parking proche de la résidence Piscine un peu fraiche

Great location and facilities

Great location, only 5-10 min walk to gondola. The flat was very clean. The pool and spa are lovely.

No toiletry is provided. Reception closes for a few hours in the middle of the day.

we were checked out and locked out of our apartment mid way through our holiday due to staff / administration error! DEPOSIT NOT RETURNED QUICKLY DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS REQUESTIING ITS RETURN

Belle découverte à Samoëns avec un superbe accueil à la réception, le petit goûter de 17h avec l’équipe d’animation est

La localisation de la résidence est un réel atout ; à 5 min de la télécabine. L’appartement est bien pensé et agencé, seul bémol le manque de rangement.

La température de la piscine … affichée 27 degrés mais le ressenti est plus froid.

leuk verblijf , wel nogal prijzig voor 3 personen gezien zelfde tarief als met 4 personen

goede locatie , parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt ook als je niet betalend wilt parkeren Recente inrichting , alles aanwezig om fijn verblijf te hebben

teveel gezinnen met kleine kinderen die allen gebruik maken van zwambad tegen sluitingsuur en dit is echt te druk om er dan ook zelf in te gaan. Daardoor en door vroege sluiting (19 u en late opening 9 u , geen gebruik kunnen maken hiervan. Jammer dat er bij inchecken niet flexiebel omgesprongen werd. Na rit van 10 u met de wagen wilden we om 16.45 u inchecken maar moesten uiteindelijk wachten tot 17.20 u want ruimte was niet klaar en ten vroegste 17 u te betrekken

Great place to stay.

Great rooms with very modern facilities. Lovely pool with steam room and sauna. Close to the town and the ski lifts. The kitchen was very well equipped.

On arrival parking is quite challenging before you check-in. You need to pay to park in allocated places outside or in the underground car-park. This was not clear when making the booking.

Ideale Unterkunft für eine Ski-Reise!

-Zimmer waren neu und sauber -Lage ich ausgezeichnet, keine 5 Min bis zum Lift -Schöner Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Pool -Man kann leckere Baguettes, Croissants und co im Hotel fürs Frühstück bestellen, nicht all zu teuer -Personal ist sehr freundlich

-Der Pool war sehr kalt eingestellt -Innerhalb des Apartments sind die Wände sehr dünn. Personen aus Fremden Apartments haben wir nicht gehört, aber freunde in anderen Zimmern konnte man hören

Nice accommodation and a great location just a shame it's not staffed 12 - 4.30pm.

Really nice apartments with great facilities. It was nice to have the spa and pool. Location is also excellent being a short walk to the main lift and only a 5 minute walk into town.

The reception was shut 12 - 4.30 which wasn't ideal when we arrived at 1pm. We couldn't even find anyone to store our bags. We had the same issue on check out as we wanted to ski in the day with a transfer pick up at 4pm. Again, we had no where to store our bags as there would be no staff to open the bag store. We ended up storing them in the ski lockers to get round this.

Bon séjour et excellent accueil

Accueil chaleureux de la réceptionniste. Belle résidence, appartement agréable et fonctionnel avec deux salles d'eau ! Espace piscine et bien-être très bien mais l'eau est un peu froide.

Les toilettes peu profondes et pas pratiques. La propreté des sols était moyenne. Un petit savon pourrait être mis à disposition. Les chiens admis dans la résidence...

Équipements de l'appartement très bien, confort de la literie.Tres bon emplacement pour monter à la station par le télécabine.Personnel très motivé, accueillant.

Au niveau de la piscine et jacuzzi,certains résidents n'ont pas respecté les autres en prenant toutes les places.... mais cela se produit partout....

Reception was closed a lot and probably lacking a few facilities for the number of guests ie a bar or cafe. Also there was a great room for younger kids but this was only opened for clubs - keep it open for guests to use with their children. Finally having to pay extra for parking is always frustrating

Comfortable good value accommodation in a good location.

The location is very good. Being able to order fresh bread for the morning is excellent.

This is not such a good choice for a couple during school holidays as it is very much geared up for families. So it can be noisy and the swimming pool full of children.

The room was clean, kitchen area well equipped, swimming pool area and the bakery facility. Close to the cable car so very convenient for skiing.

The rudeness of the receptionist who was on duty when we arrived. Despite paying for an early check-in, we did not receive clear instructions on what we were expected to do upon arrival and when trying to talk to him through the shutters, his response was ‘we are closed, we are closed, can you not see’. Eventually, he retrieved the keys from the safety box outside for us but not the kind of welcome one would expect to receive!

Good location, modern.

Cleanliness. I read some reviews about this before our holiday and I completely agree. The corridors looked liked they had never seen a hoover since the day the hotel opened, the floor in the apartment was disgusting. I would advise if you are travelling to take slippers or else your feet and socks will end up black! Also, there was a horrible smell when we first arrived as if the apartment had been cleaned with dirty stale water.

parking facilities are not convinced. if no facility available on site, only other option is parking about 500m away in a common car park. if you do street parking you will get parking ticket which I ended up having since I had to keep our skis in the car.

worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in

tiny apartment. 2 bed for up with to 6 people (with 2 sleeping on sofa bed) … there were 5 of us. only 4 chairs around table so we had to take a chair from balcony so we could all sit around the table. only 1 sofa & no other comfy chairs so only 3 of us could relax on comfy chairs. no natural light … velux windows in the bedrooms glass was blacked out (as well as blind) … tiny door in lounge was only place that got natural light
