Filled with charm inside and out, this lakefront Eagle River home is here to make all your Northwoods vacation dreams come true. This home has 346 ft of private western exposure on Yellow Birch Lake and offers access to the entire Chain O' Lakes, here you’ll find a true four-season getaway, with opportunities for boating, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, and ATV-ing in the warm months, and snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and skiing in the winter. Outside, you’ll find huge, wraparound decks on both levels, perfect for sipping morning coffee if the weather permits.
Highlights inside include an open layout, filled with light thanks to the deck-front floor-to-ceiling windows. Artful, stained glass windows, knotty pine ceilings, exposed beams, and hardwood floors add even more charm. Enjoy the view from the enclosed three-season room - and your adorable black bear companions.
A full kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, and one of three bedrooms round out the main level. Upstairs, you’ll find extra sleeping space in the loft, and downstairs, the second cozy living room with a dart board, and table perfect for some cards. Two more bedrooms round out the downstairs space.
If you can tear yourself away, explore the lake via the two kayaks or provided canoe. The firepit by the water is perfect for roasting evening marshmallows or a frosty beverage, and a swim off the private dock is a must in the summer. No matter what time of year you visit, though, you're sure to make lasting Northwoods memories at this gem of a home.

Our group of 7 adults and 4 children had a great week. We especially enjoyed our time spent in/on the water. Lots of steps down/up to the lake; several basement lights didn't work; kitchen sink needs working plugs..
4.7
Great location and neighborhood. Awesome sleeping arrangements. Outdoor to dock is steep and doors didn’t close well. All and all, I do recommend this property!
4.7
Home very spacious for our family vacation. Plenty of beds. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had adequate dishes, bowls, bakeware, pots and utensils. Caught some bass, perch and bluegill... some right off dock. Went boating on Chain... saw some eagles and loons. Deer spotted while enjoying morning coffee on deck . A lot of steps to waterfront which is common in this area. We were here Memorial Day week. If you bring a boat, the house is on dead end road and quite tight for backing. Enjoyed our time in Eagle River.

Awesome home and location for a quiet weekend. The lake frontage is as fantastic as any on the chain and it’s hard to want to spend time anywhere other than on the lake front
4.7
Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, plenty of pots and pans ect. Inside was pretty clean.

Our family enjoyed the spacious home. It was clean inside and welcoming. Plenty of towels and the kitchen is well equipped. The canoe and kayaks were so much fun to use. Firepit area was great! Excellent dock to relax on and store our boat. We enjoyed all of the wildlife surrounding the area. We encountered deer, eagles, loons and our very last day snapping turtle hatchlings! The eagle river chain is beautiful! We caught a variety of fish- perch, bluegill, walleye, smallmouth bass, rock bass and a musky. Only a few suggestions for improvement-outside of home needs to be cleaned (cobwebs galore),better Wi-Fi & comfortable living room furniture. Overall an excellent time was had by our family.

Everything you will ever need!
4.7
The house is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There were lots of fluffy bath towels. The outside going to the lake is a little treacherous. It is not elderly friendly as it is very steep with large steps. The lake is absolutely beautiful!
4.7
The house was nice and we ate most of our meals there. The dock was wonderful and we were able to rent a boat and keep it right there. Swimming was great The dogs loved it. The fireplace was a nice touch especially when it got down into the 40’s. Used the fire pit once. Definitely not for someone who can’t walk up and down hills. Appreciated the Scandinavian touches being Scandinavian!!

The comfortable surroundings made our time as a family stress free

This was a wonderful property! The kitchen had everything you could need, the bathroom towels were thick and fluffy, there was tons of space, there was a very nice space to dock our boat, the beds were nice and comfy, and then there was that amazing view! We had a very enjoyable week taking in early fall in Eagle River!!

We would definitely stay again, beautiful property and breathtaking views of the lakes!

Very spacious and nice home. Gorgeous views and great location to town. We had the most wonderful week. Thank you again!

We had a great time. The home is spacious and very nice. We enjoyed all of the neighboring lakes fishing and tubing. We had a great week with lots of awesome memories.
4.7
Great family vacation and love the Eagle River Chain for boating, fishing & relaxing! Only drawbacks were no WiFi, only 1 TV channel and no garbage can on site at property. We weren’ t there to be “connnected” but having a few upgraded amenities would have been nice, especially for our college-aged kids. - Jim

Spacious home, in safe neighborhood offered the perfect spot to make a week full of fun memories. House was clean - I am very picky when it come to rentals and cleanliness and this easily passed my standards, with lovely decor & artwork. Washer & dryer onsite was nice.
Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Dock area was also clean and along a nice part of the lake! We really enjoyed this particular chain.
Recommendations to owners would be to provide more detail to the amenity list, we ran out of garbage bags, t.p., and paper towels (grocery store is a quick drive). It would have been nice to know more about what the kitchen was stocked with. Also, there were no garbage cans in the garage/outdoors to put out garbage in. We ended up stacking them in the garage.
