This house was perfect for our larger group! The lake was amazing and the house had plenty of space for all of us. We had everything we needed at the house and had an amazing week!

We returned to this home again this summer after staying for the first time last summer. We enjoyed our stay so much last year that we extended for a second week this year. The home is comfortable and roomy (there were four of us) with a nice waterfront/swimming area and large deck with a beautiful view overlooking Moose Pond. Tony, the owner, is very accessible and responsive if there are any questions. .

Our vacation was great! The house was clean, well stocked and was a great set up for kids in the basement! Our family enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. We also enjoyed the surrounding area- with food trucks and ice cream shops close by! We will definitely be back.

10/10 experience! Communication with the owner was easy, and the house was even better in person. Tons of space which we appreciated with young kids. Pleasant Mountain is the perfect mountain for families. Can’t wait to visit again!

My family and extended family (11 total, including 5 kids) were all able to stay in the lake house together. The bedrooms were spacious. the main living/kitchen/dining area was large enough to seat all of us and had great views. It was amazing to be so close to the water with kayaks and have a private dock. We took full advantage and rented a boat for the week. Nearby trail hiking was very convenient. Downtown Bridgton was only 10 mins away which made getting supplies and food a fun short trip.

My wife and I spent an enjoyable, relaxing week at this home. It has comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, and a beautiful view from the deck. The waterfront is well-suited for swimming. Convenient to Bridgton and Naples, we had good meals at several local restaurants. There wasn't anything we needed that the house didn't have. And the house can certainly accommodate more than the two of us who were there this week. We would definitely rent this home again.

This house was perfect for our large family vacation, which included 7 adults and 6 kids, ranging from 8-16 years of age. Everyone enjoyed going in the lake almost every day, especially the kayaks and paddleboard. The back porch overlooking the lake was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or dinner and drinks in the evening. The house is airconditioned which was great because it was hot and humid for most of our stay, so we were comfortable the entire time. The beds were all comfortable and the family enjoyed the large dining room to play games at night. We would definitely return.

We booked this property for a long weekend. The property was perfect for a few families. The layout was wonderful and the location was fantastic! The house had everything we needed. The owner was easy to communicate with and super friendly! I would recommend this property to anyone.

Everything about the location of this home is great. We really enjoyed the water, dock, floating dock, and kayaks/paddle boards. Inside is clean and streamlined. It feels like another bathroom is needed but otherwise the space accommodates a large number of people and kids comfortably. The downstairs sliding door glass was cracked and broken when we arrived - and was unusable. Otherwise it was perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

Our family of five had a wonderful time staying at the Water’s Edge. The house and property are well maintained. The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to gather together or find some privacy. We enjoyed the beautiful views sitting on the deck watching the sunrise. We also enjoyed the sandy area into the lake, the dock, floating dock, and using the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Tony, the host, promptly answered all my questions I had prior to booking. He also immediately responded to a small problem we had with the coffee maker not working the first day; then he arranged for a new Keurig to be dropped off, and paid for our coffee that day!
Overall, we had a relaxing and fun time staying at this beautiful home.

We have stayed in rented houses for over 15 years and this was the cleanest best location house of all of them! The PM was extremely responsive, provided starter amenities like basic toiletries, paper products, trash bags etc. Felt like we were borrowing a friend’s house! Location was amazing!!!! A little over an hour east to tour Portland, and same timing west to climb Mt. Washington. Lake is beautiful, water toys were an added bonus! Highly recommend this house to anyone! Definitely would consider going back.

We just spent a wonderful week here! The house is beautiful
and very well stocked with everything we needed to cook, relax, enjoy Moose Pond and sleep well at night. The weather was very hot and the air conditioners and fans kept us very comfortable. We all loved the Pond and especially enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board . Although it was hard to stay out of the water, we did drive to Scarborough State Park one day to spend time at the ocean.
Tony was a perfect host. He was happy to answer any questions we had and always responded very quickly to our e-mails/texts.
We can't wait to return ! Jeanne and Bob

We had a wonderful stay this summer. The house was well appointed, the view stellar and the hosts easy to contact. My multi-generational family had a great week. There were things to do for everyone. Being right on the water with the dock and boats was tons of fun for the kids (and adults too).

Perfect for two families or group of friends.
This house is amazing! Open floor plan with a gorgeous view of the lake and sunrise. Windows throughout the house, high ceilings, comfortable furniture, and so much more! The owners are so thoughtful and certainly take pride in hosting their home.
This is a perfect home for two families. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a living room and bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The main floor is very spacious; a large dining table, living room, and solarium facing the lake.
The owners provide so many amenities, you really just need to bring your personal items and firewood. The shed is equipped with kayaks, chairs, outdoor games, beach toys, and lifejackets for all sizes (including toddlers). Plenty of board games. Lots of fans for air flow. Also to note, we hardly noticed any mosquitos. Of course they come out at night, but they didn't drive us inside like we are used to on the coast.
The dock was perfect for our boat rental. We used Causeway Marina as they offered the shortest rental for delivery/pickup. The boat ramp was in view of the property, and only a 5 minute drive. This worked great for us as we had never been on the lake before. I highly recommend taking an evening stroll to watch the sunset.
I can't say enough about this property and host. Tony was easily available via cell. He answered all my questions promptly. I highly recommend staying here.
