You are set in the heart of Norwich centre, you walk out of the building and up some steps onto a road full of cafe's bars and shops.
It's a short 2-minute walk to the Norwich lanes where you can find the popular Grosvenor Fish Bar, which is a traditional fish and chip shop, with a twist.
After a quick lunch, we suggested exploring one of the oldest, most fascinating buildings in Norwich - Strangers' Hall.

At meet and greet we will give you the keys for the garage, apartment and outside doors and optionally give you a quick tour of the property.
To access the property you can choose to go on the staircase or jump to the lift and get to the third floor.
The whole apartment is all just for you with the best view of the one of the main Norwich streets, St Benedicts.

You are in the heart of the vibrant St. Benedicts neighbourhood, which boasts an eclectic array of cocktail bars, pubs, restaurants, independent shops, and is perfectly placed for gigs at Norwich Arts Centre and the Bicycle Shop, with the main shops and award-winning Norwich Market only a five-minute walk away.
We know that even on a holiday sometimes we all have to have a quick business station, so in a living room we have a super fast and reliable wifi connection right next to a comfortable office desk and a chair to work on.
During your first day, we understand you might have questions and for that, we have created a Welcome book that you can find in the property with all information that you might need, or just in case there are no answers there we are always a message away.

This cosy apartment is located in the central area of Norwich with a 10 minutes walk to get to the city centre and quick access to the main transport routes such as the A47 if you do decide to explore Norfolk Broads.
If you are visiting with your friend or family we suggest you visit Mousehold Heath for the best sunsets in Norwich. It takes around 5 minutes to drive, but every minute of that is worth the view.
However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.
And one of the cheapest rates for car hire that we found is “Norwich Car Hire” - we suggest you book your car as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the opportunity.

The cleaning fee covers your departure clean and 1 clean per week during your stay.
You will always check in to a clean apartment and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee.
We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival.
1. No smoking, please. (apart from the outside areas - use ashtrays provided)
2. No pets.
3. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry).
Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on a weekend.
A security deposit fee is collected up to 5 days prior to check-in of £100 sent to you via a link, this fee is returned up to 10 working days after your stay upon inspection by our cleaning team when they have confirmed there is no breach of our T&C's.
We are very understanding if incidentals occur - (for instance a broken glass) and would not charge as we know accidents can happen. All we ask is that you inform us as soon as possible so that we can ensure everything is back up to standards for all our lovely guests to enjoy :)

A gorgeous flat, as the pictures show. Very well equipped kitchen and marvellous views especially from the roof terrace. It was very helpful too to have a garage on the ground floor.
The lift wasn't working for the first couple of days but the management team were very helpful in carrying our luggage up the 75 steps. But the entrance door and stairs were dingy and there were problems with lights and a smelly bathroom that were quickly rectified. The sofa bed was not very comfortable though the bedding itself was fine. Once the bed was open there was only one easy chair and the dining furniture to sit on.
The management team were very cheerful and helpful but didn't communicate between themselves properly so before arrival they needed several calls and emails to confirm our balance payment and on the day that they would be at the flat to welcome us - which they were!. And they phoned to organise the lights after they had been fixed.
All in all a super place slightly let down by too many cooks.
