Bathrooms will be updated with new paint, new fixtures and hardware, new glass shower doors. Front Porch will be updated with new paint on door and door frame, new light fixtures and new seating. Fresh paint in certain areas of the house. New sectional, new coffee table and new lighting in kitchen floor living room. Kids bedroom (twin beds) will be updated with new furniture. New bedspreads throughout the house. Kitchen back deck has a new 8-seater teak table that extends to 10- Some additional miscellaneous updates throughout the home.
Enjoy this beautiful 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath Bayfront that offers 3 decks and 2 boat slips. The first level hosts 1 bedroom, 1 Full bath and a den off the back of the home. The den offers a wet bar, Large Flat screen TV and ample room for everyone to enjoy a good movie. This room has access to a large deck with comfortable deck furniture.
Second level consists of 1 Bedroom, 1 Full Bath, large laundry room, a large kitchen, dining table and 8 chairs and the spacious living room where the second TV is located. Off the Living room is another large deck with plenty of deck furniture where you may enjoy the gorgeous bay views and sunsets.
Third level you will find the other 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full baths. The master Bedroom faces the water with a very small deck to step outside for a breath of fresh air. Deck is not large enough for furniture.
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 1PM/CHECK OUT 10AM. No pets permitted.
Jacuzzi located on 1st Floor Deck Is NOT offered to tenants.
The first floor consists of 1 double bed and a sleeper sofa in den (queen)
The second floor has 1 double bed and 1 single bed in same room.
Third level has King bed in master, King bed in another master suite and 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom.
