With more than 20 beach access points along Gulf Boulevard, this charming community offers nothing but sugar sand bliss. Dog-friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.

THINGS TO KNOW
Dog-friendly. Breeds not allowed include Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf-dog Hybrid.
The pool can be heated from Nov until May for an additional fee. The pool does not have lights.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place for a family. Pool was outstanding with views looking over the waterway. Home was clean. Many nice amenities. Access to pool toys and beach toys/chairs in garage was a bonus.

We loved being on the water and having the pool but the location was wonderful since it was less than a quarter mile from the beach access. The beds were comfortable and the home was perfect for our family vacation.

Very spacious and extremely comfortable home to stay in. No negatives to think of. I have no idea who I was communicating with regarding the rental...a robot or the owner. This was never obvious, but it should have been.

This home provided us with the wonderful family time we cherish each year. Indian Rocks beach is our Florida paradise, and this home allowed us to gather in a beautiful, comfortable, and central spot.

It was a nice property, nice location. Some of the things, like keurig, in the kitchen didn't work. Workers came on Saturday and we were not forewarned. Thought communication could have been better. Outdoor lights didn't work. Heads up would have been nice.

Great location, enjoyed the pool and being able to put our SUPs in right from the dock. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Although, they may want to stock up on some forks as there were only 4 forks, not enough for a place that sleeps at least 6. Would definitely stay here again and will keep in mind for future travels to see my daughter at UT.

Long weekend, this could be my dream home. House was clean, the grounds and pool are kept in nice shape. So many vacation rentals are lacking in usable outdoor space, this one is not, the dock, pool, deck were perfect and made for a very relaxing stay. I would book this again.

My only reason for not giving 5 Stars was no grill. We have stayed at many houses for Easter Break and thus was the first house that did not provide a Grill.

As represented in photos and descriptions. Lots of artful and interesting touches, lovely pool on the water, walk to beach and walk to great food (Guppy's). Half the pool is in shade which is nice if you're sun sensitive. One complaint: No facial tissues and just a half size roll of very cheap paper towels. Why penny-pinch in such an annoying and inconvenient way? Also, the instructions re garbage/recycle pickup dates are different on the two posted papers in the kitchen. Minor issues, and it was a wonderful vrbo which was perfect for us and would be great for a large family of all ages also.

I highly recommend this house for a Florida vacation. We absolutely loved this house, it was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool and it was so nice walk to the beach.

The house exceeded our expectations. Great layout for us and our two adult kids, their partners and our dog. We stayed in the master suite and the "kids" stayed in the other two bedrooms which are double-protected from our up-early noise by a door to the hallway leading to both rooms. Pool was warm and clean and we really enjoyed the location on the canal. The kitchen was well-equipped, wifi and TVs worked great, and we really enjoyed our meals out on the patio. Only problem was we only rented it for a week--we should have doubled it!

We loved our stay! It was great. First night got to see a manatee right off the dock. The pool was a nice size and great outdoor space. Quick 3 minute walk to beach. Nice neighbors that we’ve met. I just wish that they had more forks just as they had for spoons and knives. Also wish we had a few more better days than cloudy/rain but overall we loved it!

Perfect family getaway

Our family of 4 went with my parents for a week to this home, and it was exactly what we wanted. The pool was used every day by my kids (10,11) and I fished off the dock every day. The walk to the beach was very short, and there were chairs and a beach cart in the garage for us to use which saved us money. While the home is beautiful, we used the outside seating the most to eat and play games, even in the rain the covered area was great. We will be back! This house was better even than the pictures. We came for our daughters first birthday and loved our stay. The private pool was immaculate. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. And if you are into fishing like I am grab some live shrimp and drop em right around the docks. I caught redfish in the slot, big trout, black drum, sheepshead, lady fish and mangrove snapper. Me and my family will be staying here any time it’s available and we need a place on the beach. we are Tampa locals so I’ll also be recommending this to all my friends. Absolutely LOVED our stay at Bahia Vista! We are a family with 4 young kids, and we had a wonderful week-long stay. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, it`s an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. You can wheel the beach wagon that they have right to the sand (no stairs). The house was equipped with chairs, toys, a cooler, pool toys, and even 2 kayaks. Our favorite part of the house was the backyard. Looks brand new and it`s so beautiful being right on the canal with the pool overlooking the water. The dock is pristine with a table to clean off the fish. The pool was wonderful and we paid to have it heated since it was early April. It was perfection being in the pool all day. One thing to note is that there is NO FENCE around the pool or canal as shown in the photos online. If you have a wandering toddler this could be an issue, but it wasn`t for us. As far as the inside of the house, it was comfy and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. I loved how it was a one-story house. Most homes we rent on the beach are multiple stories, so this house was so easy and functional. An amazing surprise we found was a HUGE bin of toys for the kids to play with. Our boys LOVED it and it surely made our trip better since they were occupied with things to play with. Our family of 4 loved our stay in this beautiful home on the water! You literally had everything we could have possibly needed for our 2 week stay. The beds were so comfortable I didnt want to leave! There was plenty of room and an inside and outside dining area perfect for our Packer Party. The pool was awesome, and the sea kayaks were a nice surprise. We were very happy to be greeted by a dolphin in the channel several mornings. Neighbors were nice on both sides and the location was very convenient to the beach, restaurants, the nature preserve and shopping. We were happy to have enough parking for our car and a trailer, with the circular driveway. Extremely clean and comfortable. We hope to come back! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.
