We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this lovely beach house! The yard and flowers/garden are beautiful! The cleanliness of the house was good, but we did find a little bit of trash by the barbecue outside and a small amount of evidence of the people who had stayed previously. The hot tub was wonderful, but had way too high of chemicals when we first got there. Opening it up and airing it out made the difference and we were able to use it the next day. Overall, I highly recommend this property for the Oregon coast! The location is wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach town house. Very clean, lots of usable space and the bedrooms were so quiet and comfortable. Best sleep I’ve had in ages. Loved seeing the deer in the yard every day!

The home was just what my husband and I needed for a comfortable getaway. Well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the big screen TVs in every room! Easy access to local beaches and the town of Brookings. Very comfortable and spacious.

This is a lovely home in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom is huge and that shower - wow! I loved all the blankets everywhere, made it very cozy. We even had some deer visit us every evening! The furnace was broken when we got there and the owners made space heaters available. Unfortunately, when we used them we blew a fuse and were unable to use some of the outlets. Also, a big recommendation would be to have a coffee maker that takes ground coffee not just whole beans. Lovely place, very peaceful. Thank you so much!

It was a very nice home with a great floor plan and a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed how short a walk it was to get to the beach, and enjoyed the little neighborhood herd of deer! 🦌 We are already planning our next vacation here!😀

The house is beautiful and very well furnished. The hot tub is as not very warm though. The beach access was easy to find with a great beach. Overall I would highly recommend this home. We had a wonderful time

Property was decorated adorably! Loved all the furniture and throw blankets! The appliances were all high tech and we loved the coffee maker that grinds beans for each pot of coffee!! The house had a great location for Brookings and the deer seemed to enjoy it too!

The house was just as advertised. It was well stocked, especially since we were there a month. Great amenities and short distance to a wonderful beach to watch the sunset. Had wonderful evenings, eating dinner by the fire table, relaxing nights in the hot tub and very friendly neighborhood. There is a group of deer who apparently live in the neighborhood and they were fun to watch. Would definitely stay again if back in Brookings.

Such an amazing home! Very clean and cozy. We loved everything about it, especially getting to relax in the hot tub and around the table fire pit to eat dinner and play cards. My girlfriend and I both enjoy cooking, and the kitchen was so well supplied, making meals easy! We also love how close it is to the beach and harbor. What a wonderful experience, we will definitely be staying again in the future!

Great house! Very modern appliances, the beds were very comfortable, the master shower had a overhead "rainfall" head that was awesome, and the hot tub hit the spot after fishing!! Excellent place to stay while in Brookings.

The place is well appointed and is relaxing and homey. It is very clean, with nice furnitures. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Feels more like a home than a vacation rental. The hot tub is a plus after a long day. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

There was so much! Loved all the night light (a small but important convenience). Beds were wonderful, and the hot tub enjoyed by 3 of us. Loved the whole facility. There were many things we did not use. It felt like HOME and everything was emaculate when we got there! Had a medical emergency and the washer and dryer were important to have. On the whole, we will be back!!!!!!!

This vacation rental was an awesome spot for our family of five. It had a good location for exploring the area; it was sparkling clean; the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and tools of the trade; the house full of thoughtful amenities like: paraphernalia for the beach (cooler, towels, kites), labelled wall switches, laundry detergent, extra towels, binoculars, plenty of TV's, games, dvd's, books; the hot tub was an added delight as the weather was a bit cool and cloudy; and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We used our bikes to get around town but mostly explored local beaches and the redwoods. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this place again and highly recommend it to others to enjoy.

The house was immaculate. Our host and hostess thought of every little detail to make our stay more comfortable. We enjoyed a quiet walk on the beach collecting rocks and shells. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need to enjoy making a home cooked meal.

Location was nice and spacious for our family of 5. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, etc. Beds were comfy. Only thing that wasnt communicated to us before we arrived was that the washer wasnt working. We were prepared to wash dirty clothes from our week and didnt have a working washing machine. We did find a laundromat but it was not convenient. Other than that the property was very nice.

This house was perfect. Close to my dad, beautiful and convenient to everything in Brookings, as well as the beach. I would say the master bath with the secret door to the bedroom was the best but the spiral staircase was beautiful as well as everything else. Really enjoyed this house

The name of the house includes “ocean view.” The photos show an upstairs balcony. From inside the house there is only a peekaboo ocean view. A tiny glimpse between houses. The upstairs is off limits. So no view from up there because you can’t go up there. At the end of our stay we read in the guest book that there is private neighborhood beach access. I would have appreciated more info on the minimal view and view balcony being off limits and info on how to walk to and access the the beach. One of the keypad locks didn’t work and nobody responded to my text for assistance. The house itself was nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Enjoyed our family getaway at this clean and modern home near the coast. Deer walked through the yard. Small view of ocean between other houses. Beach access requires travel to one of the beaches in the area.
