The tall building features elite comfort for up to 10 guests with central A/C and heating, a hot tub spa with large scenic windows, BBQ Grill, FREE Laundry, 5 comfortable king and queen size beds, 4 large HDTVs, Netflix, Max, Hulu, and more. This spacious San Diego vacation rental home has everything you need for your California Dreaming Vacation!
The spacious interior of this 3 bedroom townhouse style smart home is newly designed and renovated by Ethos, with brand new modern appliances, large HDTVs, and designer furniture. The entirety of this upscale and breathtaking interior is complimented by our peaceful patio with its spectacular views, comfortable lounging chairs and grill, as well as access to a hot tub spa that is located inside a gazebo like structure with its large scenic windows looking at peaceful nature.
The Bedrooms and The Living Room:
All 3 bedrooms have king size beds, while the living room offers two additional sleeper sofas that open to queen size beds as well. All five beds come with plenty of linens, pillows and comforters. And we also provide two pack and plays.
There are luggage racks, 4 large HDTVs with FREE Netflix, Max, Hulu, Starz, Showtime, Disney+, Apple+, Paramount+, and ESPN+, blazing fast WiFi, HDMI outputs, sound machines, as well as USB phone and tablet chargers in every room.
The Kitchen:
Our spacious kitchen is a perfect fit for family cooking with modern appliances such as oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. And the essential kitchenware includes plates, bowls, cups and mugs, pots and cooking utensils. FREE coffee and tea, sugar, creamer, and much more. We also provide two high chairs.
The Bathroom:
Our newly renovated bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, hair dryer, and toiletries. Our bathroom is accessible from the upstairs living room.
Laundry:
The laundry includes both washer and dryer just outside your kitchen. Iron and ironing board are also available inside the house. And we always provide FREE laundry detergent.
Parking:
We offer FREE parking right next to your entrance and there is FREE additional street parking in our neighborhood as well. Little Italy parking usually cost around $30-$40 per day just 3 min away.

Our beautiful home is hidden in a peaceful suburban neighborhood of Midtown San Diego, only a 5 minutes drive or Uber ride to the San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp District, Petco Park, and Little Italy. It is 10 minutes to Seaport Village, the Convention Center, Coronado, and SeaWorld; and about 15-20 minutes to all San Diego beaches and the La Jolla cliffs.
There is also plenty of public transportation to choose from, depending on your destination.
HOUSE RULES
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with long term neighbors who enjoy their privacy and quiet hours.
- Please be respectful to our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Please observe the maximum occupancy on your reservation. If you would like more than 6 people to occupy the home at ANY TIME during your stay, please confirm it with us before check-in, otherwise we will charge the reservation holder’s account $75 per person per night for the entire reservation for each unauthorized guest. Parties or events of any kind are PROHIBITED and will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. Please note that the premises have decibel noise and crowd detection devices installed to prevent unauthorized parties.
- Please follow the parking instructions in the Home Guide and our communication with you. Improperly parked cars may be towed.
- Illegal drugs and smoking of any kind are PROHIBITED anywhere on the property, including but not limited to tobacco, marijuana, cigars, cigarillos, pipes, kretek, electronic cigarettes, hookah, vape, nitrous oxide, salvia or opiates. Illegal drugs and smoking any substances will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and a $750 Excessive Cleaning Fee. Please note that the premises have recreational smoking detectors.
- Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property—unless the reservation explicitly states otherwise—including but not limited to Siamiese, Persian, or Sphynx cats, Abyssinians, Macaws, Parakeets, Clownfish, Garibaldi, Bulldogs, Terriers, Retrievers, Hounds, Labradors, and most regretfully Corgis (we like them the most). $200 Pet Cleaning Fee will be charged for signs of animal presence.
- Open flames, candles, fireworks or charcoal grills are not allowed anywhere on the property. The fire place is only decorative unfortunately and cannot be used for burning fire due to insurance liability exclusions in the State of California.
- The hot tub and laundry hours are 8 AM to 10 PM to protect our neighbors from late night noise and nuisance.
- Our exterior home security cameras protect our home and our guests. Unplugging, moving, or blocking the view of the cameras is PROHIBITED and will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, as well as charges for any damages to the equipment and for reinstallation costs by a licensed security company.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING POLICY
Checkout time is 11 AM, unless a Late Check-Out was requested and approved. Our cleaning company requires the entire time between bookings to prepare the home for next guests. We will charge the reservation holder’s account for a $75 Unauthorized Late Check Out Fee per every additional 30 minutes after 11 AM.
We love and respect our cleaners, and we believe that they should be paid a San Diego fair wage for all the hard work they do. Our standard Cleaning Fee is calculated to cover regular cleanings between most reservations. We ask that you please take out your trash and wash your dishes—these two small tasks allow us to keep our Cleaning Fee more affordable. Our Cleaning Fee excludes a few items, such as excessive spills, stains, or glitter and confetti removal. If our cleaners invoice us for Excessive Cleaning Fee after your stay, we will charge the reservation holder’s account for the same amount. The following list includes some of the most common Excessive Cleaning Fees that we have incurred in the past:

Major spills or stains on rugs, sofas, beds, sheets, comforters, or towels - $100
Rearranging furniture, removal of decorations, such as balloons or signs - $100

The house was perfect for our family. Clean, cool, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive.

Wish I knew property was so close to airport, freeway and train route before I booked. Made sitting on the balcony a lot less peaceful. Light sleepers might have a difficult time with the noise. And I had no idea there was such a climb to reach the property and a more steep stairs to the kitchen & living area. Loading & unloading our stuff was a huge challenge. The house was beautiful, well supplied and comfortable. We lacked for nothing. Location of property was exceptional. Short drive to most everything.

The house was great and had everything we needed. Fit the bill of what we needed for a short trip. The views from the front deck are amazing!! One thing to note is the hot tub is shared and not private which deterred us from using it. But overall the place was very nice and had one spot for parking.

We enjoyed our stay for a birthday weekend!
The space was great for 6 people, 3 king-size beds were very comfortable with good room sizes, and the common space was very welcoming!
The location was excellent with easy access to San Diego!

They have literally thought of everything… it’s beautiful inside and out, extremely well maintained and incredibly clean. The rooms are spacious and everyone can find their own space but can come together for family meals or movies on the big screen tv or deck time. We spent a lot of time watching movies in the evenings.
The location is central to everything with an incredible view you can see from the deck which was great for my husband and my morning coffee and my daughter and I had some sun time in the afternoon.
The kitchen has everything you would need to settle in and cook but just a few miles to amazing restaurants if eating out is your preference… In and Out is popular with our teens and it’s just a couple of minutes away so we went many times lol.
All of the bedrooms have the most comfortable king beds, my teenage sons said they fell asleep almost immediately hitting the pillow which is rare. Towels were plentiful and the washer and dryer on location was super convenient for all of our workout stuff.
Check in and check out and door entry was spot on and easy and management responded within minutes when we had a question… Adam also checked in on us here and there to make sure we were all good.
Zero surprises from the property description and much more there to make it super comfortable.
We will definitely stay again… we loved San Diego and this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It is perfectly located with ease of access to Downtown, Old Town and the beaches. The process to reserve was simple. We had a challenge with the coffeemaker, but it was resolved quickly. We hope to book this house again in the future. Thank you!

The location of this property is prime. I mostly enjoyed the patio panoramic view and the beautiful living room view of the trees and neighborhood. It was cozy and clean. Our host Adam was fast to respond and easy to work with, I also appreciated all the assorted flavors of tea that were provided since it was cold and rainy. Thank you for sharing your home with me and my family.

This home was so relaxing and beautiful. It is close to the San Diego Zoo and several other area attractions.

The townhouse went beyond our expectations and was so beautiful. It’s located in between Little Italy and Point Loma. The host was very communicative and responds fast. The one down side is that the neighbors below are not very welcoming. Other than that such a lovely place to get away for the weekend or vacation!
