• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.
• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.
• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.
• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

Great stay! Awesome location. Convenient to everything I town. Was a great hangout for family. Only thing, no air conditioning but they provided plenty of fans. We will be back!!

Super nice condo situated directly downtown in the village. Super convenient. The condo had everything we needed, great and easy communication. The *only* thing I would say is have a few extra throw blankets for the couch because it can get a little cool in the winter..:)

We go to Beaver Creek every year. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. It is located right behind the skating rink, which made skiing easy, and allowed our teenagers to come and go as they pleased. This place is a great value for what you get, we will definitely be returning next time if it’s available.

Overall this is an ok place to stay. Quite a bit of outside noise comes into the unit. It might not be an issue in the winter if you can have the windows closed. Also seems like 4pm check-in and 10am check-out are more restrictive than the norm.

We stayed the first week of March. It was a great location to get to the ski lifts and I don’t think it is possible to be closer for the ski school. It’s right by the ice skating rink - very convenient

This place is right on the plaza, just an elevator to the ice rink. It is more of a 1 bed and a den with bunk beds but all was nice and clean.

Great location! Short walk to the lifts and close parking for easy coming and going. Would stay again!

The location can't be beat but the condo needs work.
Bedspread was filthy upon check in and it took 4+ hours to get that changed. Didn't have a parking pass for over 24 hours after check in and were told to "make a sign" in the dashboard to avoid being towed.
Shower was clogged and filled with dirty water and wasn't repaired for over 12 hours. Bath tub didn't hold water, also not repaired for over 12 hours. Water filter in kitchen blinking red (filter expired).
The dryer makes a screeching sound that is so loud you cannot be in unit while it runs (making it impossible to do laundry in evenings after skiing). Property manager said they couldn't replicate the sound, but I have video of it each day making the same sound.
Entire family woke at 3:20 am to an electrical buzzing noise coming from above the bunkbed (electrical panel) that I also recorded and have proof of- we were told no one else complained about it so they didn't look into it further. The noise in my mind indicated some sort of wiring issue and it put us on edge for the entirety of the trip (not to mention losing sleep in the night).
There is no deadbolt on the door other than the top deadbolt which is opened with a code to which many people have access. Security didn't feel great, anyone could have entered our room at any point. It would be nice to have at least one lock you could secure from within the condo.
Little things include that there's nowhere convenient to throw trash and recycling. The dumpsters they told us to use were in the parking garage but opposite the elevator so a huge walk from where you would park to where you would throw trash. Not a huge deal, but not convenient either, and you are asked in your exit instructions to take all trash and recycling out.
The management company gave lip service to problems that developed but did not attempt to change some of the larger problems indicated above.

You can’t beat Market Square as a location in Beaver Creek given that it’s in the middle of the village. Perfect for taking your kids to ski school and then having time to come back and sort yourself out for a day of skiing.
