Exceptional

Amazing place to spend a couple of days, or even your whole vacation if you love beautiful views, a relaxed atmosphere and a great place to stay. The appartement is very comfortable, well designed and has the luxury of a sunrise over the ocean as a natural alarm to wake you up for a fantastic swim in the ocean. The hosts are so nice and accommodating, we will visit again!

Beautiful site with excellent views

Only down side, fridge in rooms couldn’t chill drinks cold enough but owners were kind enough to let us use fridge in kitchen/breakfast area.

Our host Jacek was very accommodating and we enjoyed our time on this peaceful paradise.

Quiet remote location with modern rooms. The private access to our own beach swim and the infinity pool.

What an Amazing place Top notch facilities ,infinity pool few steps from a private beech A hearty breakfast and the most important thing an out of the way service and care from yacek and his lovely wife Who attend to every whim and offer their experience and advice A highly recommended getaway for a romantic retreat or a quit family get together

Perfect weekend in a nice suite by the sea !!!

A nice hotel by the sea, with exceptional architectural design, owened by a very helpful and nice couple Jacek and Sylvia. Thank you guys for everything, and we will meet again !!! Perfect place near the sea, in a quiet area for relaxation near Nafplio...

Amazing slice of heaven

This property was the highlight of our 12 days in Greece. The owner was very communicative, just a text away if we needed anything. The property itself is magical. Super clean, newly constructed, beautiful private beach and stunning pool. An unforeseen bonus was the washer at the property. Our family is well traveled and have stayed at a variety of accommodations. This one is just amazing, I can’t recommend it enough.

A small and pampering family hotel run by a magical family that helped us at all times with all their heart. The hotel

His most beautiful and perfect place we could ask for also combines a pool and a private descent to the sea with a hidden and wonderful beach. 10 minutes walking distance from the town so you can enjoy what the town has to offer but not live in it.

We couldn't ask for more, the place is just perfect!

Exceptional

Loved the place, very clean and comfortable room, with minimalistic design, all new. Fantastic view, when you're lying on bed you see, the pool, the sea ant the sky! Really nice open space kitchen with all the facilities, you can cook and use the fridge Yacek and his family were really kind and helpful to everything we needed. I shall visit again for sure! Recommend the place without second thoughts

Perfect for a relaxing holiday close by Nafplion without the mass tourism.

We loved our stay at Anavalos. Jacek and his family gave us a very warm welcom and made us feel at home. The facility is new and is of high quality. The location is perfect with a pool overlooking the bay and a small private beach. We recommend the breakfast, as Jacek and his wife prepare it fresh at your wish (eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juices, local priducts).

We loved it all.

Α hidden gem in an otherwise low key area. Ideal for weekend getaways and relaxing. The owners are lovely to talk to and very attentive as they want the guests to have the best experience. Breakfast for champions and views for the most demanding eyes.

Great new hotel

Great new hotel with stunning view. There's a fully equipped outdoor kitchen free to use. The room was very nice and clean with an A/C. There are also comfortable sunbeds at the infinity pool. The hosts are really nice and friendly. Thank you for the great stay in your hotel :)

If Anavalos is available - you should book it! Our stay was like living in the pages of a magazine.

We loved everything about our visit: the breathtaking views, the supreme architecture, the spa-like design elements, the breakfast spread, and especially the warm welcome from our hosts Jacek and Sylwia. As Americans, we have a reputation for having picky standards. I would put my pickiest American friends at Anavalos without a second thought. The hosts' focus on sustainability was evident in their eco-friendly design and attention to sourcing local products, like honey and preserves. The boutique hotel is perched high to enjoy serene views, and it has an infinity pool, areas for reading, and stone steps that lead sunbathers to a dip in the sea. The village of Kiveri was also a surprise delight (5 mins by car) with tons of cute open-air restaurants frequented by locals. It was our goal to skip the crowds in Santorini and Mykonos, so we opted for a road trip across the Peloponnese to experience a more authentic Greece - and we happened upon Anavalos in Kiveri - which gave us the perfect Greek local experience in style. The property is new so we did not see many other reviews, but I am so glad we took the chance. If Anavalos is available - you should book it!
