At the edge of the beautiful historic Old East medford residential neighborhood, and just before it turns into the business, downtown part of town. You are within walking distance to many restaurants & shopping as well as parks, farmer's market, and movie theater.
You will have access to the entire first floor of the guest house, you also have a small, private, fenced courtyard with patio chairs in the front of your unit.
Please contact us if Airbnb's algorithms won't let you book, they are trying to avoid parties. We have a way around it.

Front door opens into the small, but cozy living room with a sleeper sofa and large TV, past the living room is the large well equipped kitchen. Queen bedroom includes closet and attached bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and private washer/dryer.
You are on the bottom floor of a two story guest house, we ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm in respect of other guests. **There are tenants in the upstairs studio as well, if you are very sensitive to noise**
Walk, bike, bus, Uber, Lyft, taxi's. -- You are with a short walk or bike to downtown.
