The photos of the property were true, and we really enjoyed our stay. The town was a 20-minute walk from the house. I loved the fact that there is a washer and dryer on the premises as I can do my laundry before going home. ;)

The Coastal Cottage was newly appointed and furnished, and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and the lawn was well maintained. The property is close to downtown Camden, restaurants and shopping, and there is an excellent winery - Cellar Door - just a few miles away. Jill was responsive to our needs.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in this wonderful Camden home. The house was charming, extremely clean, with all the amenities we could want, and a small market a couple blocks away. We spent our days exploring the Camden harbor, and lighthouses up and down the coast, always looking forward to this lovely home to come back to. We definitely want to stay again the next time we visit Maine. Highly recommend!

Loved every aspect of our stay, right from ease of check in, modern furnishings, spotless clean spaces, and a quiet neighborhood. Camden and the surrounding area is perfect for a weekend getaway, or a week long stay or longer, lots to do! Walking distance to Megunticook market and the farmers markets was a plus. Would definitely consider renting this space if we’re Camdenside again!

The property is exactly what is described. In town, but away from the crowds. Perfect location for travel north to Acadia. Jill is great and very friendly and responsive. It was a joy to stay there.

The people of Maine are amazingly friendly. We have gone to Maine for 3 years running to escape the Texas Summers. Found our place in Camden to be delightful. We hiked most days. Found a great swimming spot. Took a ferry ride to explore a close island. Played pickleball in Belfast several times. Went to amazing farmers markets. It's a treat to go to Maine each year. The house is on a quiet road with a nice deck and a picnic table. We already booked the same location for 2 weeks in 2024. Highly recommend this house and Camden in general.

We had a great time in Camden and staying here. It’s beautiful, clean and welcoming.
We liked having the bathtub on the first floor bathroom as well as the shower upstairs.
The house is light on plates (4 big, 4 small) and cupboard staples. The first floor is very open with the living, dining and kitchen spaces connected so it’s great for spending time together. There’s a small doorless nook with a desk too.
*it’s good to know the upstairs loft area is open and there’s one true bedroom with a door right off of it to close for privacy.
There’s also a lovely sky light that gives the loft great natural lighting, but might be tough for those who want to sleep in late.
Would love to go back!

Wonderful house and property. Easy walk down into Camden and waterfront. Handy to Megunticook Market and many restaurants. House had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. Many birds around the yard which is well kept. We were happy to have air conditioning and fans. Great to have two full baths. Second bedroom is not closed in but not a problem for us. Wish we could rent it again for the same time next year but it is already booked. Highly recommended.

Great place, recently renovated and with easy access to downtown Camden. Second bedroom is more of an open loft setup, so better for a family with kids than with two couples. We will absolutely stay there again next time in Camden.

The proprty is beautiful and very conveniently located. We would be happy to stay here again!

We have been spending vacation time in mid-coast for many years, this house was one of the nicest homes in which we have stayed. The home was very clean, well supplied and decorated in a very nice style. If we had not had fog every day, we would have enjoyed the outside amenities, but that was not to be. One suggestion; it is advertised as a two bedroom rental, however, the bed space in the upstairs loft does not provide the privacy of a separate bedroom. We will certainly consider renting here again.

We have rented lots of vacation homes and this is one of the very best! Everything is new. The kitchen and bathrooms are right out of a home renovation show. The only thing that might make it better would be to wall off the loft bedroom to give more privacy, but that wasn't an issue for us.
The location was a great base to explore Mid Coast Maine. The Farmers Market and the Market were right next door. It was a quick drive into Camden. We ended each day on the deck where we were greeted by a few deer.
I highly recommend staying here!

This Camden rental was exactly as advertised, which we really appreciate, and exactly what we wanted for a week long stay. Hanging out on the deck after a day of exploring was so nice and relaxing. Also, placement of windows throughout the house allowed for perfect cool, fresh air conditioning on the warmer days. My only suggestion would have been an umbrella for the patio table because the angle of the sun was rather unforgiving. If you're looking for New England historical charm in this home you're not going to get that, but the finishes are beautiful and you're a very short walk to an excellent specialty market, the farmer's market, and a 5 minute drive to the center of town. We loved it!

Our group consisted of two couples coming from Colorado primarily to explore the Maine mid-coast and enjoy the Fall colors. This house was perfect for our trip. It was lovely, and looked better in person than the already beautiful pictures online. Extremely clean and well supplied for the four of us and our 9 day stay. The and house and neighborhood were extremely quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the town of Camden to walk there. The property was centrally located in a part of Maine that allowed us to do quick day trips to Acadia National Park, Bangor, Booth Bay and most of the mid coast of Main. We did a longer day trip to the White Mountain area of New Hampshire, which was still within a comfortable distance.
Response for any questions or requests to the property management were very quick, helpful and accommodating. We all agreed that we would definitely stay at this property again if we came back to this area of Maine.

Immaculately presented, bright airy & beautifully clean. This is a gorgeously big house in a quiet garden setting on the forest.
Kitchen well equipped. Two bathrooms was handy. Everything there worked well. Supplies such as dishwashing liquid, clothes washing liquid were supplied. Master bedroom had a walk in cupboard with plenty of sensible storage.
The wfh desk & office space was well used by one of our party.
Convenient supermarket 3 min walk down the road.
Neighbours were friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended as one of the nicest places we have stayed in.

We stayed here for our 30th Anniversary. Our first trip back to Maine since our honeymoon 30 years ago. This cozy house is very close to Camden (20 minute walk). Easy trips to local attractions (Mt Battie, Owls Head Lighthouse), shopping, and dining. Graffam Bros fish market has such a great selection that we stayed in and prepared awesome local seafood rather than eating dinner out. We also visited Acadia, Ft Knox, and Bangor which were very easy drives.

This is a lovely, immaculate, new home with a large kitchen, new appliances, a great gas fireplace and nice deck. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very convenient to downtown Camden. We enjoyed the convenience and the local high-end Market that was about a block away.
There are two sleeping areas, a full master and the a lovely large loft with a sofa however the location of the loft is outside of the master bedroom. If privacy is important, this might be slightly complicated. The upstairs bathroom is located between the two sleeping areas, with the second bath being downstairs.
The property manager and owner were extremely helpful and gracious.

Frist of all, the residence was immaculate and truly a house well constructed....Had we questions, the property Manager Jill and property owner Gary addressed them in a timely manner. We used this beautiful Camden home as a launch point for scenic (lighthouse) excursions to Clyde Point, Mount Battie, Rockland, golfing at Goose River and Samoset, and delicious lobster meals in Rock;and, Camden, and Thomaston. When the cool air at night arrived, the home had a wonderful heating system accompanied by a gas fireplace. The nearby market provided simple provisions more than adequate for our needs. We tried to see and do as much as possible but our limited stay afforded us another opportunity to see more next year,,

The house was lovely and a perfect location! We arrived late and it was a little hard to find using Goggle maps. Nice yard and deck. Could use a few more towels and bedding for fold out bed. We loved the quiet location and nearby Megunticook Market! Only thing is we didn't get any property information until right before our arrival. Since we were traveling elsewhere, would have been helpful to have info at least 2 weeks before arrival. Otherwise, really enjoyed the property.

Home was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was close to everything but in a quite area. We chose to stay here for 10 days and travel up and down coast so we didn’t have to keep packing and moving. It worked great and Camden was a central location for what we wanted to see. The deck on back of house was great to begin and end our days of adventure. If we come back we will definitely stay here again!

The property exceeded expectations. The kitchen was large and the backyard beautiful. The house was very clean and nicely located near a small market. It was 90+ degrees in Camden during our stay so a small window AC in the bedroom would have been nice, but actually a neighbor noticed we were trying to beat the heat in the backyard and lent us 3 large fans for the house. That's how nice Mainers are! Overall a lovely place to stay.

The house is in a great location, easy access to Camden Main Street area, Lake Megunticook and Mount Battie.
It has nice amenities including an awesome soaking tub and was exceptionally clean which we always appreciate.
Nice deck and peaceful outdoor area.
It was warm and humid during our visit but the fan made it tolerable.
Communication with Jill was excellent.
We will definitely return.

We had an excellent trip to Maine largely in part to the accommodations, clean & updated. Beautiful serene Back Yard & Deck. Very Family friendly. Owners and rental process were simple and pleasant to interface with, also quite knowledgeable of area recommending many good local restaurants.
