La ubicación, la amabilidad de todos los empleados, desde recepción, hasta el servicio de limpieza, La limpieza de las estancias, un armario grande (pocas perchas)

Pues lo que menos me gustó, fueron las almohadas, muy bajitas y poca calidad, y el colchón de muelles, un poquito incómodo.

Excellente étape pour un séjour itinérant.

Localisation de l'hôtel proche du Centre Historique. Excellent accueil du personnel. Très jolie vue sur les arènes depuis la terrasse de la chambre. Présence d'un parking privé souterrain.

Prima, maar geen aanrader.

Het hotel was prima. Maar, voor hetzelfde bedrag hebben we bij andere hotels meer service gekregen. Wat top was, is dat ze een eigen parkeergarage hebben. Kosten €12, fijn als je met veel bagage reist.

Prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding. Geen gratis water op de kamer; het water uit de kraan is niet te drinken, vieze chloorsmaak. Ook geen koffie/theefaciliteiten op de kamer. Er is een automaat aanwezig waar je water of een frisje kunt kopen.

Hotel top de acuerdo con una ciudad excelente.

El hotel está situado delante de un paseo con terrazas. En 10 minutos a pie se encuentra los jardines reales, la verdad es que todo está muy cercano. El personal del hotel era muy acogedor y amable. Grata experiencia. Sí vuelvo a visitar la ciudad de Aranjuez sin duda repetiré.

Habitación triple cómoda y amplia.

Limpio y bien ubicado. La habitación triple era amplia y las camas cómodas. El trato con el personal muy bien. Nos ofrecieron muy amablemente las opciones de desayuno, que no habíamos contratado, y que al final usamos porque era una muy buena opción calidad/precio. El personal de cafeteria de 10.

Overall I would stay here again, great location, helpful staff and a lovely comfortable, clean room.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean, had plenty if space and had a lovely terrace. The bed was very comfortable and the room had great air conditioning.

The breakfast was a let down for us. We didn't feel there was very much to choose from and the food we ate was only moderate.

Perfect stopover on our way back to Santander

We received a warm welcome from the staff when we arrived at the hotel, we sorted out the appropriate paperwork and then settled into our rooms which were clean and comfortable. We had a lovely surprise when the lady who booked us in arrived with two glasses of bubbly and some cakes, totally unexpected. They do have a pool area but we did not avail of this. The bar area was nice and cosy, they also do a selection of different nibbles. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again, it was very pleasant and not too far from the bustle of the towns bars and eateries.

Cannot say there was anything that sprung to mind, a nice experience.

Good location. Very helpful staff. Great tapas place just over the road. Nice firm bed. Good view of the bullring over the road. Had a terrace with chairs and small table. Decent aircon. Underground paid car parking belonging to the hotel (for an additional charge) with CCTV.

Only thing I could find was the sink had a missing plug, only saying this because I have a wet shave.
