TARDIS like and very comfortable.
Great if your visiting Cambridge Science park as only one junction up on the A14..
Could not find the kitchen to wash up dishes.

Pleasant property, quiet area.
Easy to get to from Cambridge by bus.

The owners were very helpful and friendly.
The location was convenient for work.
The annexe was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable.
There was everything you would need for an overnight stay, such as a fridge, kettle, and toaster.
The bathroom was spacious and beautifully clean. There were added extras such as shampoo and shower gel.
A fan was provided as the weather was very warm.
Everything was perfect!

Location and comfort , bus connections to city centre.

Lovely walks by the river. Comfortable bed and sofa.
Slight difficulty getting in!

Simple instructions and left to own devices to check in, all very straightforward. Didn't meet the hosts so was all easy. If you own a escooter it's only 15mins into the city centre.
Not too easy to find the right house as the main road is quite busy so had to drive past to be able to stop outside.

Cleanliness, ease of access, helpful hosts, nice location, good showers
Not sure much can be done but a sink would be useful

Great location for me (near the airport), with easy off-road parking just down the road (70m?). Comfortable, clean, warm room. Lovely shower/bathroom. Separate entrance is easy. Nice fridge. Great communications from the hosts, who are really nice people. Fab chippy down the road, and nice pub up the road.
I probably should have noted this from the description but didn't: no kitchen facility other than microwave, kettle, toaster. Difficult to wash up (in bathroom sink) and to prepare food.

Location great for getting into Cambridge and price was reasonable. Comfortable place
Accommodation was too hot for us! We could open windows and create a breeze so that overcame the issue.

Immaculately clean, with a gorgeous en suite, this Annex made a welcome change from purely functional hotel rooms for a solo business traveller. Clear joining instructions provided. Nice extra touches included a selection of toiletries, tea and coffee plus a jug of water chilled in the fridge. Excellent shower, too!
The bed linens were freshly laundered and attractive but a little.. tired? Not a deal breaker though. I’d definitely return in future.

The room is well appointed and the bed is comfortable. There is a separate entrance with easy to follow instructions. Parking is not available on the property, but it is just down the street. I was able to load my things in the driveway, then move the car to the parking lot without an issue.
The unit lacks a hotel-level of privacy. The walls are a bit thin. There is a door in the unit that connects to the main house. I wish that door were a bit better insulated from light and sound. The only window looks out into the courtyard that may or may not be used by the owners during one's stay.

Fantastic communications throughout. Great price. Very clean, tidy and spacious. Toiletries provided. No charge for my small dog, and free parking across the road. Chilled water was a nice touch.
The location means planning ahead for busses, and taxis back - but this is why the price was reasonable. The window is on the ground floor looking to a family yard - not a problem for me as the family were absent and I was out and about.
