Wyjątkowe miejsce

Największym atutem obiektu jest wspaniały personel, który zawsze gotowy jest do pomocy, piękny widok na jezioro, oraz przyjemne otoczenie. Bardzo ładne baseny, blisko do jeziora, w pobliżu sklep i dobra restauracja w odległości spaceru. Pokoje są czyste, śniadania smaczne, a materace wygodne. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tygodniowego pobytu, więc szczerze polecamy.

Excellent stay; lovely hotel and fantastic location.

The location of the apartment and the hotel are fantastic - overlooking the beautiful Lake Ohrid with easy access to the lake, local restaurants and the national park. The included breakfast was excellent. Service in the bar was also excellent.

As regards the premises and facilities, everything was great. We underestimated the time taken to transfer from Tirana airport - we had somehow thought it was circa 60 to 90 minutes but it was in fact 3 hours which was a little tedious for a short stay.

Wir haben aus villa visera villa misera gemacht.

Das Frühstück war ok.das Service Personal immer freundlich und auch die Dame an der Bar.

Wir haben den Herrn an der Rezeption gebeten einen weiteren Stuhl ins Zimmer zu stellen.der safe ließ sich nicht verriegeln und die Lautstärke des fs ließ sich über die Fernbedienung nicht regulieren.wir sollten im Zimmer warten.nach 1 Stunde sind wir gegangen und auch an den 3 folgenden wurde nichts gemacht.das nenne ich gastwertschätzung.auch wurde nicht mit dem Gepäck geholfen obwohl meine schwerbehinderung bekannt war.es die schlechteste Unterkunft auf unserer reise

Professional and friendly staff, a comfortable room with a beautiful view of the lake, a large selection for breakfast. Rooms are cleaned every day. The location is great for exploring the lake, as well as for relaxing in the room. Highly recommended.

Great short stay above the lake!

Very nice property, comfortable and quite renovated rooms, great breakfast. The view on the lake is stunning, beautiful atmosphere.

The pools are maybe a bit dirty and there were some construction/maintenance works on site which prevented from using 2 of the pools and made a lot of noise. Also the bar is maybe a bit pricy and the WiFi connection did not work for the 2 days of our stay.

Great rooms, terrible staff. Wasted potential.

The room was wide and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast coffee was good.

The staff is very mean. They made us wait on the check in. They did not help to bags. The breakfast was not various enough. And the staff who worked at restaurant made jokes instead of helping. The parking options was very few. The bathroom sink was leaking and shower also.

Exceptional hardworking attentive smiling staff. Choice of pools Reasonably Priced Bar Perfectly clean room and entire property. Beautiful property in all aspects.

No food or open restaurant in the evening. There are restaurants close by, but a small snack menu with bar food in the evening would be a suggestion. Just something to eat if you are hungry and dont want to leave the Vila

Wonderful stay, very clean facilities

The location is very close to the lake Ohrid and easily accessible from the property

It’s a bit outside town, we tried changing our dates and it seemed impossible from the property side, however very possible from bookings.

The view was AMAZING. We had the 3 bed apartment. Especially the view from the master bedroom. The staff are really very friendly (but ineffective)

We booked a 3 bed apartment so that we could self cater and the kitchen was so basic that we could not cook much more than pasta. eg there were only 3 glasses - we asked for another and after 24 hours we had to just take one from breakfast. We chose the property as they said there was a bus between the Lagadin and Ohrid - we waited and waited...and waited and no bus turned up and the hotel said they couldn't help. Lagadin is isolated. The hotel does not have food other than breakf and there is only one restaurant in Lagadin called Dva Bisera which is best avoided. I am an animal love BUT the cats jumping up on the breakfast table and begging all around was too much and rather unhygenic. They had had bad weather which is not their fault but the main pool was closed as well as the outdoor kitchen and games area. This is fine but they did not tell us at check in - so we went to the pool and it was just empty! Builders were there cleaning up after the bad weather - they started at 7.30am one morning but otherwise 8am and were really noisy - throwing tiles off the the patio into a skip which was really noisy and not relaxing. The hotel is good but its just not professional enough for the prices they ask. Its a pity as its has huge potential.

The breakfast was really good, with decent variety of food. From the swimming pool and room you can enjoy in amazing view of the lake.

The room is quite unmodern, except the bathroom.

Beautiful stay on Lake Ohrid.

Really friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Location and view were amazing. Really nice that the hotel put a surprise in the room for out anniversary. Would highly recommend.

solar panel views from the balcony+ lake

good location, comfortable, free parking, good breakfast, friendly staff

it almost looks like in the booking.com pictures… but then it doesn’t. The view from the balcony was half obstructed by the solar cells on the roof in front of our balcony. the highlight of these “double de-luxe rooms” was supposed to be the view and yet there were these solar panels just between us and the beautiful lake. we also had a problem upon check out as the staff didn’t know how to access their booking reservation system, So they almost charged me twice. I had to insist I’ve pre-paid at Booking and ended up in a meaningless discussion to prove I was right. So always repeat and cross check all details in this place

So amazing, we will definitely go back again :)

The stuff was soo welcomy and pleasant that we felt like we’re at home. They even offered us an upgraded room with a better view for the same price we paid before. The stuff at the cafe is amazing and friendly so we felt like we were talking with friends.

worth every penny😌

it was beautiful. Very comfortable, you can go down the lake by stairs with a little walking. Good breakfast, kind reception. Awesome view. loved the design..

it was a bit far from city center, ypu need a car to drive there also no dinner option at the restaurant. otherwise; it was super relaxing.

If you are looking for the best accommodation in the Ohrid area, then for sure you need to visit and stay at the Villa Bisera, where you will enjoy the perfect view, perfect comfy rooms, and superb breakfast. The employees are very friendly and helpful and they will be happy to help you with your needs! I highly recommend it! A++

Amazing experience

Everything was great. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The staff was very helpful and they helped me to set up a surprise for my wife.
