Entertain a crowd of your nearest and dearest at this home in the Sandbridge neighborhood of Virginia Beach, where you'll be right across the street from a beach access point and have a private backyard swimming pool and cabana to come home to each afternoon.

This home was designed for relaxation, with two levels of decks on both the front and rear of the house, an expansive pool terrace with lounge chairs and a gas grill, and a covered cabana with a TV, beverage fridge, and bar seating.

Inside, each of the three levels has its own central gathering space - a billiard room (with a TV and refrigerator) on the first floor, a great room (with cozy seating, a TV, and a gas fireplace) on the second floor, and a movie nook (with an ocean view, a TV, and a coffee station) on the third floor. The main (second) floor is also home to a beautiful kitchen with double ovens and dishwashers, a wrap-around breakfast bar for seven, and a pair of long dining tables to seat the entire crew at mealtime.

When it's time to turn in for the evening, you'll find eight bedrooms spread out among the three floors. There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the main floor, three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the third floor, and three more bedrooms - one with an en suite bathroom - on the lower level. Additional features include TVs in every bedroom, a laundry room with two high-efficiency washer/dryers, central air-conditioning, free WiFi with a speed of 500 Mbps, a ramp that leads to the first-level door, and an in-home elevator that connects to the two upper floors.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The area is beautiful, Beach is right across the street. House is good for people with disabilities as it has an elevator which is also good for bringing in the suitcases. The rooms are tastefully decorated and there is plenty of room for large number of guests.

We loved the bedroom arrangement as we were there with 9 adults and 9 grandkids. Also, access to the beach is perfect. The large eating area is nice, the kitchen is very functional and we enjoyed the pool.

See the above comments. This place lacks nothing and its proximity to the beach right across the street is almost just like beach side. We loved our stay and my grandson asked if we could stay longer next time. A couple of notes to Vacasa staff was promptly and sweetly answered. Signed, a huge fan of Dreamweaver!

From check in to check out, it was a simple process. We arrived between 2 and 3am and it was so easy to get right into the home. We had sleepy children with us so we just grabbed them and laid them down. The house was IMMACULATE! The rooms were decorated nicely, clean linens in every closet as extras. This was our first time booking with Vacasa and it certainly won’t be the last! I can’t even tell you how comfortable the beds were. I wanted to pack the mattress and take it home with me. It was so comfortable. Views from the front porch of the ocean were beautiful, and the back deck overlooks the pool. We had family meeting us there from out of state and there was plenty of room for everyone. If you are considering renting this home, please do. You won’t be disappointed!

I can’t say enough good things about this vacation rental property. It was everything we hoped for and more. The ocean and sunrise views were stunning, and we enjoyed watching them from the front porch. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to spend time together or just hide away with a good book. The elevator was a lifesaver for my mother who has bad knees and couldn’t climb the stairs. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook delicious meals. The pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone, especially the kids who loved splashing around and having fun when not at the beach. The beach access across the street was very convenient. The only negative comment I have is that water collects on the road in front of the house with heavy rains, so we had to walk through this to get to the beach access. In my opinion, it was a minor inconvenience since we were planning on going into the ocean, anyway. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Bathrooms with every bedroom. (Bunk rooms share a bath….Jack n Jill style) 2 living areas. Kitchen has everything you need and plenty of silverware and dishes for large groups. Great backyard and beach access right out the front door….you only have to cross the street. Great deck areas on front and back. House was immaculate and the elevator is super handy for load in and load out. You will not be disappointed

Beautiful picturesque vacation home that was perfect for a family reunion. Lots of light, sunrise and sunsets and all the amenities one needs. Clean and well kept. So close to the beach with private access way for nice winter walks

We have rented many times with VRBO, and Vacasa is definitely the worst we have experienced. It took 4 phone calls and more than 40 minutes to figure out that a physical key was needed to gain access to this property, which is quite nice and located directly across from beach access. We were also advised the day prior to our arrival that the fence would be down due to hot tub deliver. It took 3 phone calls and more than 24 hours later to determine that the hot tub was also being installed during our 4 day stay and the fence would not be put back up until after our stay was complete. There were many issues with the home that Vacasa could have caught and rectified prior to our stay but they did not : 1. Pendant lights over island were not working 2. Fireplace didn't work 3. Not enough trash bins for bedrooms and common area on first floor 4. Propane tank on outdoor gas grill was empty and we had to fill 5. Grill only worked on one side 6. No measuring spoons 7. No salt/pepper 8. No Roku remote for Roku tv 9. Flood lights in backyard didn't work so you couldn't see while grilling 10. No blow dryer on site 11. No hand towels in half baths.
