About this house rental

Very spacious townhome with a massage recliner , big kitchen well equipped and dinning room for 6 people. Master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed that provides 2 twins and a queen size bed. Cozy patio where you can grill. There is a place to park a boat if you would like to bring yours. You will be just a few minutes from North Topsail, Surf City and Topsail beaches.

Overall our stay at this property was Ok. The property was clean when we arrived. Not sure where all the flies were coming from as We spent most of the time fighting flies when we were in the house.

We were there to attend our son's Change of Command ceremony. The house was the perfect place. Very clean, nice kitchen and bathrooms with great supplies. Host was very responsive. Would definitely go back.

Pics of this property were great but it was deceiving . Location was in a very depressed looking area. We walked in to very very strong glade air wick perfume smells which is never a good sign . It was so strong we had headaches . We unplugged them and there was a stale odor in the air . I get why they had them . It did not feel the least bit clean , the towels in the linen closet were still damp . I had to put them in the dryer to dry them completely . And the worst part of all is there were flies all over the place ! Inside the house ! We were so careful with the door . So I don’t know where they came from but it was a very big turnoff .

This little condo worked out perfectly for what we needed. The condition of everything was very nice. Beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. We will be staying here again when we visit family in the area.

Everything was clean. Very responsive host, Could of used more bedding for the pull out couch..And some towel bars in bathroom. Overall everything was good. I would definitely stay there again.

Spent a great week at this property. The accommodations are comfortable and the community is not too large. The accommodations are comfortable and clean and close to beach as well as places to eat and visit. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The host was very helpful with information and pleasant to deal with, always responded to all inquiries with information that was clear and helpful.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay

We just got back from our stay here. We had a great time. The townhome is located approximately 15 minutes from the beach. The kitchen was very roomy and the bedrooms are located upstairs. Our only complaints were there was a slight smell that we could only smell towards the air vent on the stairs and the neighbors had dogs that barked constantly. But overall it was a great place for a great price. Would stay again.
