It’s in a very nice area of the city, so quiet at night you can’t hear any noise at night. We had a fantastic time.

The owner was nice and we could reach him fast, the nearest bus stop is also pretty close
As heating is not common in the country and this apartment has no insulation, in the mornings it was super cold. This combined with no venting resulted in a wet apartment every morning. The ceiling fans smelt terrible after rain (so in winter, every day) and on the first day we had to clean the fridge and take down the trash.

I found the place to be well located, not far from tourist attractions such as Praça do Comércio. Good hospitality, João was always solicitous with us.
Thought it was an e-suite but the bathroom is outside the room

The location was good and the surroundings weren't noisy. The bed was comfortable.
The bathrooms need updating and renovation, one bathroom door couldn't be locked from the inside. Cleanliness was okish.

Far from the city

The host was really nice and gave us tips on what to see in Lisbon. He also responded to questions very quickly.
Unfortunately the smell in the flat was quite bad, probably due to old pipes. Maybe a heads up for tall people: the ceilings are quite low.
