Stayed at Paul's cottage on Cameron Lake for a Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning, wish we had more time. Nice cottage for the 6 of us along with backyard, fire pit and dock on canal leading to lake. Good fishing and watersports, great location in Kawartha region.

Our family spent our first cottage vacation at this wonderful property. The property was clean, functional and exactly as promised in the description and pictures. The owner is a wonderful virtual host who offered unprompted suggestions and ways to enjoy the property and surrounding area. He also responded promptly to our questions. We would happy consider staying again.

We spent a wonderfully quiet and fun filled week at the cottage. The amenities were as advertised, and offered a lot of variety for the kids. The two grandkids slept with us in the main cottage, and the two older kids slept in their own private space in the Bunkie. The lake is a short paddle away from the cottage and offered a variety of fun. The little ones enjoyed the shallower warmer water and the older ones loved the larger waves when the wind picked up. It's a really nice spot to vacation.

The property was very large and open, great for games.
The canoe for use to us was not useable,(The Host was Not told by the person that broke it.) it was fixed and we Enjoyed it for the rest of the weekend(thanks Rob & Elaine). The third room with the bunks is a very small room. Good for Kid and really for grown Adults. Over all we had a great time. The Canal is very peaceful. Thanks for a great weekend.

A relaxing country escape
Exceptionally well maintained property with absolutely everything you need to live, cook and play for a few days. The little outlet is perfect to hop in a kayak/canoe/boat and get out to the main lake and explore the sandbars. Super close to Fenelon Falls and all the stops you may need. The boat launch across the street serves as an awesome launch point to swim or throw a floatie in the water. Excellent bbq space and outdoor space for relaxing, eating and playing games. Yard is not fenced in as is listed.
