This fully-renovated end unit 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condominium in Carr's Hill is the perfect place to stay for your next Athens getaway. Whether visiting for a UGA football weekend or simply to experience historic downtown Athens, this condo is sure to exceed your expectations!

Situated inside the loop, only a mile from Sanford Stadium/Downtown Athens and right around the corner from the original Mama’s Boy, this location just can not be beat! UGA’s beautiful campus is within walking distance, with the North Oconee River Greenway, which connects to South Campus, just a few steps away. North Campus, Sanford Stadium and the downtown area are also easily accessible via a well traveled scenic route lined with both historic and recently constructed homes.

This small, quiet complex has plenty of free parking available, and most Athens locations can be reached by a short Uber ride. This property also features a sparkling clean community pool for use during the Spring & Summer months.

The unit, complete with new flooring and granite/quartz countertops, is freshly renovated for maximum comfort and cleanliness. Both bedrooms feature king size beds with pillow top mattresses and luxury linens, smart TVs with Apple TVs & private full bathrooms. We have provided a self inflating elevated queen air mattress with extra bedding and linens should you need to sleep more than 4 guests, (which can be set up orior to your arrival, upon request). To enjoy the beautiful Athens weather, the property has a back patio that is perfect for your morning cup of coffee or your tailgate with family & friends.

This condo also features high-speed wifi and a fully equipped kitchen including a Cuisinart coffee station with coffee pods/sweeteners/creamer/syrups provided for your convenience. Highlights of Bulldawg victories and UGA traditions are displayed throughout each room, and the front and back patios have wooded views. All surfaces and linens are thoroughly sanitized between guests, and the keyless entry system adheres to CDC social distancing guidelines. This rental was perfect for visiting UGA with our daughter and her friend. Spotless, cozy, attention to detail, fun decor and close to campus and downtown. It was just what we needed for a weekend stay in Athens, GA. It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, meticulously clean. The location is a plus, very close to the University of GA and downtown area. The owner was very gracious and sincere in making sure our needs were met. I recommend this bundle of joy to be on your list of places to stay while in the Athens area.

This condo exceeded expectations and was the perfect location for the events we had at UGA. The style is upscale and uniquely UGA at the same time—we loved it all! Very clean, comfortable and so well appointed. Plenty of room to spread out and the owner really thought it through as there is a space for everything! We won’t hesitate to stay here again and look forward to our return!

This property is well done! Uniquely designed, extremely clean and has great personal touches. Your UGA spirit will come alive here- it met and exceeded our expectations. Close to UGA, downtown and the heartbeat of Athens. However our wonderful experience started even before we arrived and was all about the professional yet personal greeting from our host Allison. Allison was a great partner in helping us learn all about the area and prepare for our extended stay. Her response time with messages was literally immediate and she offered personal recommendations for not only shopping or dining in the area, but connections for our family as we learn and plan to frequent the area! From support with packages that we needed to have delivered to making sure all our questions were answered throughout our stay. Great experience! This is definitely going to be our stay as we travel back again!

Excellent experience from start to finish! Communication from the host was exceptional and the condo was beautifully decorated and very tidy and clean. We were in town for a sporting event at UGA and it was so much better than renting a hotel for the weekend!! So quiet and comfortable!! We will definitely stay here anytime we are back in town!

This property met all of our needs and more! We had a long drive before we made it to the rental, but Allison made everything super easy for check in with a detailed text of how to/what to expect when we arrived, and the ease of using the August app to lock/unlock the door. Everything inside was neat and modern, and gave us the true comforts of home - coffee station, shower essentials, etc. The beds AND couches made sleeping and relaxing extra comfortable - we even fell in love with the extra plush living room rug! Parking was never an issue and the added amenity of the pool made evenings even more enjoyable. We would absolutely look into booking future stays here!
