The Coconut Cabana is a fully equipped 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage ready for your relaxing vacation on Clearwater Beach. This cottage has all the comforts of home, full kitchen, central air conditioning, WiFi, 2 flat-screen cable TVs, ground level, parking right out in front, and bright and sunny décor throughout.

This cottage comes with all linens, beach and bath towels, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing, serving, and enjoying meals.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Easily accommodates 4
enjoy the two heated pools on the property surrounded by a lush tropical garden. Plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs, and propane grills for your enjoyment. Easy access right out your backdoor.

The Coconut Cabana is part of a seven cottage resort located on quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel By The Sea Church.

These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with palm trees and room for 2 heated pools, all very peaceful and private.

We are a 2-minute walk to the beach. Unlike most residential homes we are very close to the shops, and restaurants, such as Frenchy's and the Palm Pavilion, listen to live music while watching the sunset, no worries about driving or parking your car, just leave it in our parking lot. Pier 60 is also very close and famous for its Key West style sunset festival, which takes place every evening, a great place for the kids.

We also have additional 2/1 cottages, two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottages, and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation cottage available at this location. Please view VRBO, Home Away listings
All cottages are ground floor and have individual entrances (no elevators to share).

All cottages have full kitchens and are self-catering.

Our back garden oasis contains two pools and a spacious patio with tables and chairs for each cottage. Plenty of room for sunning and enjoying the outdoors.

Nice little cottage. In need of some TLC and attention. TVs and remotes in operable upon arrival had to sort out. Outlets in and disrepair. Doors don’t open and close properly.

We loved staying at the Coconut Cabana! The property was great - loved the two pools and ample places to relax in or out of the sun. Super location - quick walk to the beach and favorite restaurants. We would love to come back!

Coconut Cabana is close to the beach and a short walk to almost everything you’d want to do in Clearwater. The pools are small, but we never had a problem with them being crowded. There are plenty of chairs by the pools and chairs and tables in the shared backyard area. It’s not the fanciest or the newest, but I felt it was a good value in a fantastic location.

It is a great location with 7 first floor units in 3 buildings with 2 shared pools, adequate parking and attractive landscaping. Everything is within walking distance...beach, pier, restaurants and shops. Basics are provided and matches the advertised list most of the time although we had only 1 face cloth and no dish towels. For whatever reason the cable TV signal was out for both TV's on our arrival and after contacting the agent he got it fixed but not until the end of our 1 week stay. Colorful interior with cottage style furnishings and working appliances. Bathroom has had some updating but tub is probably original. Shower fixture configuration is straight out of the old spare parts bin. Good water pressure but shower head has only one setting and only aims straight down 8 inches out from the wall...easy fix guys. We have previously stayed at one of the other units and would consider staying again in the future because we love the location.

Everything was fine re property. Location excellent. The only thing that was not good was that the photos on line were misleading. I got the impression rightly or wrongly that the pool was private. Luckily the other guests were wonderful and it was not an issue.

In this vacation trending world of high rises, glamorous decor, and overpriced EVERYTHING, it made my heart happy to still find a piece of old Florida that has maintained its charm and beauty. My cottage was perfect for me. It had heated pools, lovely vegetation, and gorgeous color schemes. Reminded me of being in the Keys. The cottage was clean, everything I needed was there, even had plenty of towels! The beach was a very short walk down the street. As a single lady traveler, I felt very safe. Both The Palm Resort and Frenchy’s was fun and had good grub. The cottage owner was very responsive when I had an issue and he fixed it QUICKLY! I cannot wait to stay here again. Clearwater is gorgeous! I’m a beach comber, I would also highly recommend the short trip to Honeymoon Island Island and Caladesi. Great shells and wildlife. I also ventured to Pass a Grille to shell.. hit the jackpot on conches.

My fiancee and I vacationed here for the first week of the new year and thoughorly enjoyed it! From the time of booking and even after we left there was great communication with the owner Teresa regarding the property and answering any questions we had very promptly. The property itself was exactly as advertised, cute, perfectly furnished and most important amazingly clean! It truly had every immenity and was stocked with the basics and then some. We were able to walk everywhere as the location is prime, quiet and a block and a half from the beach and some wonderful restaurants. We would absolutely come back and stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is perfect, just a block or so off the main street, so we were able to walk to the beach, the shops and restaurants without having to worry about parking. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Teresa was great at answering all of my questions timely and even took time out of her day upon our arrival to give us ideas of places to check out in the area. We highly recommend this property to any one visiting the area. We hope to stay here again when we come back to Clearwater Beach!

The house was great. The family had a great time. It’s in a great location. We went the whole week without driving. You can walk to everything, the beach, the shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, putt-putt. It was fantastic. Teresa did an excellent job communicating to make sure we didn’t need anything else. There is a great pool on the property

The cottage were very beautiful and very clean. We were able to get checked in with no trouble, and seeing the owners on site "revamping" the cottages was amazing, you don't see that very often. Spoke with Teresa several times and she was very sweet. Will be back and will refer these cottages to anyone.

Everything went very smoothly from checking to check out . We had everything we needed . Used the beach chairs and cooler provided. Never got a chance to use the pool but it was so pretty . A quick walk to beach . And no complaints w the property! 😊

I took my 18 y/o daughter, 17 y/o son and his friend to the cottage for a week. We really enjoyed it! The property managers are great to work with. The pools were clean and beautiful. The landscaping out back is amazing! It’s walking distance to lots of restaurants and Pier 60. We hardly used the car at all! We would definitely stay again.

We had such a great time and so much of it was because of the accommodations here. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach where there is the Palm Pavilion Grill, music, really good food. We’d come back and head out to the backyard and dipped into the beautiful pools. They are heated perfectly and so many chairs and recliners, you don’t have to fight anyone to get a great seat! All the other guest there were so friendly and repeat guests. The rooms are clean, everything is there for linens, towels, kitchenware. Really really enjoyed and hope to return!

Coconut cabana was a nice quiet property for our stay. It was clean, the yard well maintained, and a short walk to the beach and good restaurants. The pool was and added bonus when weather wasn’t great! Host/manager Teresa was great to work with!
