Welcome to the Gulf Coast in this beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom beach front home. Enjoy the spacious private home which boasts picture perfect sunsets. The stylish coastal décor will immerse you and yours into living the coastal dream while on vacation. The home provides a kitchen perfect for entertaining with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island w/ 3 stools, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking basics. Create lasting family memories while enjoying a meal together at the unit’s large 6-person dining room table.

The home may sleep 14 easily and offers two master suites (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) with a King Bed in each. Both Master suites have adjoining bathrooms-one with a Tub/Shower Combo and the other without a shower. Bedroom 3 offers six single Twin beds while two more single Twin Beds occupy Bedroom 4 upstairs. Bedroom 5 is located downstairs and offers guests a Queen size bed. Two and a half more bathrooms are located within the home. Towels/washcloths are provided. No need to stress with the vacation laundry pile up! This home offers full-size washer and dryer.

Enjoy each other’s company in the living area or choose to catch up on your favorite series with the area’s Large Flat 48” HD Screen TV. There are additional TVs in the home. Wireless internet makes streaming easy. Ample parking is provided enough to accommodate 5 cars. A private deck is located near the dunes so you can keep an eye on the kids or get away for a private sunset moment.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all this was very good. We had 2 couples a grandma and 7 kids from ages 17-24. A few of us played golf 3 times during the week, there are great courses nearby. The access to the beach was great! We rented beach chairs and umbrellas for the week, and had plenty of space vs a public beach, no other groups within 30 ft. The home was spacious we liked having the ramp to enter the back patio for our 80 grandparent. 2 great restaurants and 1 wonderful coffee shop within walking distance. we did have a car and drove to others. We'd come back to this beach home. Thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is in need of some repairs. Back deck door lock was broken. We improvised with a dowel stick to lock at night. Outlet in bedroom did not have a cover exposing wires. All the outlets in upstairs bathroom did not work. During rainstorm, water ran down the walls from the ceiling. Large water leak spot in kitchen ceiling.

The location was fabulous! We loved the bed options and most rooms had their own bathroom. The major draw back as others stated is the living room, kitchen, 1 bed room on main level AC did not work. The week we went, the temps were about 75 out. The AC couldnt keep up and felt like it needed freon. Thankfully the other 2 units worked well. I would not stay there in the summer due to AC issue. This could be helped if they would add curtains but mainly the AC needs to be fixed. Also, the place needs a deep clean, there was sand under couch and crackers in door. Also the AC vents stick out of the floor. My daughter sliced her toe very badly. I ended up putting sheets around the vents. There were 2 screws sticking up out of kitchen floor so I had to put a floor rug over them. I am mentioning worst case scenario items so renters will be prepared. BUT given all that I would rent again if the AC was fixed. I did not notify management because other tenants had and was never addressed. We had everything we needed and had a relaxing time.

Beach was amazing and easy to access while the middle courtyard was a perfect place to read. Only downside is the AC is spotty in the downstairs and it gets pretty hot.

I have a very bad situation in the bedroom with the queen bedroom. I do not appreciate being woke up at two o'clock with ants in my bed. I paid a good price for this guest house and getting ant bites is not acceptable. Hello, I am so sorry to hear this. I completely understand where you are coming from our weather has been exceptionally dry which makes them draw to cotton according to exterminator. I have notified the team and we have reached out to the exterminator. We will have someone come by and spray for ants. - Crystal I submitted pictures and they did not seem to care that I received several bites all over by body This is what I found at 1:00 today. This bedroom will not be used and I strongly believe that I should be reimbursed for not using this room at all. I'm very very disappointed That is not acceptable. This is my whole family and we are on vacation. We drove over six hours to come to the beach. There are no other openings available at this time. Did the owners have guest in that room? If not they would not know about the situation. I made reservations at this location because of the number of bedrooms and bathrooms so no one would be crowded or inconvenienced.

Plenty of room and parking, 3 cooling units worked flawlessly in the August heat Short walk to the beach that currently has a sea turtle nest Kitchen was adequately supplied Everything was clean Close to stores, restaurants and activities but not the hustle and bustle of Condos We got in a little early which was a bonus I would stay again (a pool would be a nice addition) Thanks for the opportunity Mike

I have stayed in Golf Shores multiple times and love it. Unfortunately this property was our least favorite. The house maintenance was very poor, floor registers were either taped in the floor as others were raised leaving an exposed edge and one was just laid over the hole, one of the kids stepped in the hole. The AC wasn’t able to keep the house cool and we had to have some people sleep on the downstairs couch or in the kids room because the upstairs AC unit didn’t work and the downstairs AC wouldn’t get below 87 most of the time. This made our stay miserable to sleep or enjoy family nights in playing games. The manager did get a HVAC tech and he got the upstairs unit cooling better but it was still in the 80’s at night. Overall I was not pleased because when I responded to the manager after the units were looked at, I got no response back. I will definitely look for another service to find me a house next year.

We had the best stay at this Orange Beach house. Everything was perfect. The beds are comfortable and the sleep options for a big family are plenty. There are several parking spots and private beach access. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

The house was clean and may be the only house we have stayed in when I didn’t call the rental company with an issue. The check in process was so easy and Signature properties staff was excellent. The bedroom furniture could use an update but overall, it’s a great house in a perfect location.

This is an older home, with some areas needing repair. The kitchen/dining room floors were kind of rough and gave our grandson splinters. Also, the air conditioning for the main part of the house wasn't working very well. The A/C for the upstairs rooms and the bunk room were working great, though. The house is in an excellent location, though. And it offers a great amount of space for a large group wanting to stay right on the beach. The beach there is amazing and not very busy at all.

The home was in the heart of Orange Beach. The private walkway to the beach was very nice as well. The home had a strange floor plan but it was clean and mattresses were comfortable. If I were to be there longer and planned to cook more I would like to have more cooking supplies, pots and pans etc. but this was not an issue on this trip.

The space is so unique and works perfectly for several families with children. Everyone had plenty of kids loved having a large spacious room with bunk beds! They felt they had their own mini vacation spot. The living area is so cozy and inviting. This house has the perfect location between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, making it easy to get to numerous restaurants. It’s sit on the most beautiful beach. You will really enjoy sitting in the porch watching gorgeous sunsets. The property manager so was also very quick to respond to anything we needed. You won’t be disappointed!

This was our second time to stay here and we had another great time! The layout of this house is perfect for our family. There is lots of room for everyone to have their own space and plenty of room to gather together for meals or to watch a ballgame. The property manager is awesome!! We will definitely be back soon!!

We were told by property mgmt we put a hole in the ceiling. The hole was already there and it shows it on their website. Don't let them charge you for it.
