This condo is conveniently located about 15 miles from Fort Myers Airport, less than 5 miles to Fort Myers Beach, and 10 miles to Sanibel Island. 4 beach chairs provided for your enjoyment. Enjoy its close proximity to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area, including a Super Target that is within walking distance (0.2 miles away).
Enjoy the complex amenities that are just steps from the front door- tennis / pickle ball court, bocchie ball, and community pool. Pickle ball paddles and balls provided.
Additional perks include private washer and dryer, pack and play, high speed internet, smart TV for any streaming service for guests to log into individual accounts and convient free parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
