BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

The property was perfect for our needs four bedrooms and four bathrooms was much appreciated. Separate lower level in the upper level family room for TV, games, gathering. Easy access to neighborhood pool, beaches, snorkeling options. everything was very clean and well equipped. Zero complaints, would definitely consider coming back in the future.

The house was a really good fit for two adults and 4 kids. We really enjoyed the quiet mornings looking out over the mango grove with the ocean in the background. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook some meals at the house.

We had a great stay in this house in Napili.
The house is huge with 2 full living rooms, a full and partial kitchen,4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Some rooms look out over the tropical garden and the pool to the beach.
Everything worked great. Good air conditioning, TV and internet, ample hot water. Easy gated access.
The property is quiet but still in walking distance of the little shopping mall in Napili. Beaches were a 3 to 5 minute drive away. (You can also walk to Kapalua beach if the parking filled up).
The pool is heated and very clean but the little private beach is the best part. Snorkeling there was the best of any beach we went to and there were a ton of sea turtles which was really fun for my kids.
We will definitely stay there again.
