On the home's expansive landscaped property, you'll discover a fire pit, a basketball court, and a level yard that's ideal for games and sports. With scenery like this, no matter where you go, you'll find inspiration in the pastoral country setting. (Please no fishing, boating, or swimming in the pond.) With easy access to Asheville and groceries only four miles away, Cold Creek Cottage will make your vacation a true pleasure! This vacation rental is located in Asheville and is approximately 15 minutes to downtown Asheville.

Important Property Notes
• Parking and Livestock Nearby: Please be aware this property has a shared driveway. And there are horses and cattle approximately 300 feet from the property.
• Pond and Firewood not Included: The pond visible from Cold Creek Cottage is not included in the property rental. No swimming, fishing, boating, or wading in the pond. Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Noise Ordinance: Cold Creek Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
• Travel Insurance Recommended: During the winter months we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.
• This home is nestled in a beautiful area that is also home to North Carolina natural wildlife. North Carolina Bears are commonly passing through and around the neighborhood during the Spring-Fall months.
Each reservation staying 28 days or less includes our exclusive Mountain Discovery Pass, which includes one Biltmore Estate pass, in addition to a ticket for other seasonal attractions that are sure to delight and entertain!
