We loved our stay here. The pull out bed was perfect and the king sized bed was so comfortable! The entire room was great and we plan to stay again.

One of the chairs in our room was stained and dirty.

Not clean, hairs on floors , bug in bathroom, hat on sheets Was told the manager would call me and she never did.

It’s just an average hotel. Not sure how it gets such high reviews on here.

Average hotel; staff were always very friendly. One lady at night went out of her way to find a wine opener for the room… and although she provided a broken one, I appreciate the effort.

For the price, they didn’t service my room daily. Never saw any indication that they didn’t do that or else I would have asked. Had lots of trash that needed taken care of that never was… Also, the breakfast (see picture) is not as advertised. It’s a regular hotel quick-service breakfast. Nothing special. Not sure why or how the previous people reviewing gave it such high marks. Third, the hot/cold water in the bathroom/shower was switched. Almost called the front desk after having it on “hot” for twenty minutes waiting for it to warm up. Finally, in the gym you should have free water or water refills for a water bottle. There was also no wipes for the gym which is a little unsanitary when you think about it.

Very clean and all staff where willing to help in every way thank you for a comfortable stay .Breakfast was nice because you had that option available

Bed was much too close to HVAC unit, difficult access. No regular coffee in room. Shower sliding door a bit treacherous.

The gentleman at the front desk, his name is Kershaw I believe was amazing. He was professional, always helpful and seemed to be wearing many hats. I was impressed.

very clean, and quiet on the top floor. well lit bathrooms and comfortable, spacious room. would definitely stay again, not sure how close it is to anything in town as we stayed just for a night on a road trip.

I loved the new facility with all new amenities. Very clean and tidy. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was excellent and very spacious. The pool area was clean and had plenty of clean towels along with optional seating(next to the pool or outside the pool area). The breakfast was amazing, and had plenty of options. It was easy to find a parking spot and well lit during the night.

The TV didn't have the local tv/news station. The bathroom door doesn't have a lock. It has a barn style door.

there was so much space for our suitcases the staff were friendly. bed comfortable. breakfast great. so many options and a waffle maker! ( hadn’t seen these before) the gym is really well appointed exceeded our expectations

The room was amazing and had many extras. the staff is helpful and the lobby and breakfast area is spacious.

the rooms are fantastic. the compact kitchen in the room had a nice fridge, plates and utensils, and even a dishwasher. the roll out table was also super useful. the staff is also super.

Very good

The pullout table for dining. I liked the fact that we could open a window. The bed was very comfortable. Front Desk and Housekeeping employees were very nice. Liked the doorbell. Pet friendly. Water pressure was great.

The showerhead was unreachable to change direction of water and features. Breakfast was so so. Also, availability could be extended another hour.

Good

The best part was the sraff. Working with Shannon, Jessica, Trena and Shirley was absolutely great. Even when we had issues with no hot water everybody was great in trying to resolve the problem. Because of the staff alone we would come back.

Having no hot water was a problem but we know that there are always bugs that need to be worked out. We will come again.
