This was a perfect place for our family, which included young children. The full size crib was so nice to have and there’s a really nice playground less than 5 minutes away when waking. We had a minor issue that the host resolved quickly and professionally. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our use to have family in Indy to celebrate a graduation. The only issue and it wasn’t really a big issue, but the pull out sofa could use a new mattress or a topper. All other rooms were perfect. I recommend this house!!!

We enjoyed our stay in the home! It met our needs sufficiently and surpassed our expectations as it was well furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed! Great home, I would stay again!

We stated for a long weekend. Had a slight hiccup getting in but the owner helped us out and resolved the problem. The porch was great for sitting around with family spilling the tea. Location is walking distance from all that is happening in Fountain Square.

Stayed here with a group of guys for a golf trip. Great proximity to Fountain Square restaurants, bars, and duck pin bowling. House was clean and check in was super easy. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place for my family to stay during a spring break trip to Indi. We were able to easily walk (even with a 3&5 year old) to the Fountain Square area to go duckpin bowling, stop for ice cream, and grab dinner. Just a short drive to the zoo and children’s museum. The house itself was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and we could’ve easily had more guests. Our Honda Pilot was just slightly too large to park in the garage but we never had trouble finding a parking spot right across the street. The couple of times I needed to contact the host with questions he was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Indianapolis.

Process of booking, arriving, staying and departing were perfect! Everything was here that we wanted and needed. Grocery wasn't too far away either. This was a business trip for us and it was VERY convenient to have a printer! Thank you for that! We forgot something and needed to print it and to my surprise, we had a printer! There was a good mix of firm and soft beds. I slept wonderfully!!! Kitchen was equipped well, but there isn't a lot of space for food items you bring that don't need to be refrigerated...but we rearranged a bit and made it work! Linens were all comfortable, but hand towels were missing from the jack and jill bathroom. I'm sure it was just an oversight as everything else was fantastic!

This large family home was in a great location within walking distance to Fountain Square. The home was a nice size and great to spread out in. It was well furnished, except there were not any lids to the pots/ pans. One of the draws to this property was the baby gate and baby care items. However, the gate was not attached to the wall and required tools to properly attach it. The cabinets also did not have child locks so we had to pull all the cleaning supplies out to make it child friendly. The cleanliness also was not quite what we expected for a vacation rental. There were paper scraps on the stairs, m&ms on the bedroom floor, and food splatter on the back splash. We had a couple questions and the host communicated quickly and thoroughly. He was super easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. With thar being said, he did message us one night at around 11 pm to let us know he'd grab the mail at around 130 AM. The sleeper sofa is in proximity to the front door/ mail box. I was not really crazy about the time frame the host chose to send the message, or comfortable with someone being on the front porch in the middle of the night.

The house is a wonderful 3 bedroom 21/2 bath. The property was very clean and had everything you need for an extended stay. The house is a smart house that allows you to lock all exterior doors and activate the alarm from a central location for additional peace of mind. Also has a garage for a small car. The owner was very responsive to all requests. Would definitely stay again.
